“The food tastes amazing, fresh and homemade, and the prices cannot be beat. A big bowl of pho whenever I'm not feeling great, and lemongrass noodle every other day! Always get extra springrolls because those are delicious.“

“Food is very good, timing of meals with a larger party was not ideal, everyone got served at different times, food and beverages.Iit was good food, the broths were very tasty and I would say very decent portions of wontons and meats for the dishes, noodles and stir-fry. Server was very polite, but very quiet, at certain times was difficult to hear over background noises. Was very clean, but decor was out of place, and Atmosphere was just off, not bad at all, but not fitting.“

“My new favourite spot in Durham. I've been on the hunt for a good Vietnamese restaurant in durham for many years. Food was delicious and service was awesome. The atmosphere was nice, clean and spacious.
The gentleman in the kitchen came out to explain ingredients in dishes we had questions about, and also offered us some great chilli topping/side we weren't aware was available. He was very friendly. The gentleman at the front was also very nice.
We ordered the shrimp and vegetable stir fry (tom xao rau cai) with extra shrimp, which was delicious and a good portion size. The hue style spicy house soup with pork & beef (no blood pudding), and the seafood with rice noodle soup. All dishes were a good portion and very tasty. Good amount of meat in all the dishes.
My family and I were very pleased with the service and quality of food.
100% recommend coming here and we will be repeat customers!!
Edit: 3rd visit here and still a great food spot!“

“Nov. 29th 2025, we ordered pork wonton soup, chicken fried rice, Shanghai noodles swap BBQ Pork and Shrimp for the chicken add spice, and Combination Lo Mein, and we got Spring Rolls and Egg Rolls. The soup was average, expecting a few slices of BBQ Pork, was none. Soup stock was meh. Most likely powdered Chicken Bouillon. Take it or leave it. Needed to add sesame oil to it, would really improve it. The Fried Rice was OK. Kinda average too. Good amount of chicken in there though. The pieces were kinda big for fried rice. Flavour overall was OK. The Shanghai noodles are very good nothing to complain about there. The Lo Mein is very good too. The Spring Rolls and Egg Rolls were average as well. Overall not bad. They give it 4.5 as a score? 4 is more what you are looking at. 3.8 is more realistic. Not peeling the shrimp is a major problem for me as well. That's just lazy.“

“Hanoi is becoming a favourite for our family. We love the garlic shrimp noodles and bahn mi sandwiches, apps and the best smoothies!“
