“The hype is real! This super-authentic chay (vegetarian) Vietnamese restaurant is as close to the one I've eaten at in Vietnam as anything you'll find over here. I'm fairly confident that I've tried every vegetarian pho in Toronto and Flower Lantern's is the hands-down winner - rich, flavourful broth, huge portions of noodles, and a sampler of every Asian-style mock meat they have on offer elsewhere in the menu (standouts in the soup being the faux chicken and faux bbq pork). “We always visit this tofu takeout spot and it never disappoints with the quality, freshness and taste! We moved from this area but still come back here for the banh mi and vegan pho! The rice paper spring rolls stay crunchy for hours and their fresh sweet soy milk is divine! The people are so kind and friendly.
They accept cash and e-transfers so be aware before you go :)

“I’ve been eating pho almost every week, and of the 4 different ones in Mississauga that I’ve been to within the last month, Pho Hung tops the list. I think it’s even better than Pho Ngoc Yen and I Love Pho 2.

I visited on a Friday shortly after they opened at 11am. This is a stand alone restaurant and it seems to be a house of some sort. There are short staircases leading to the basement downstairs while the main dining area is the open area right after your step through the doors.

I ordered the Hung's Special Beef Rice Noodle Soup (Beef broth) - regular size is $14, large is $18. The broth had an assortment of items in it including Rare Beef, Well Done Lean, Brisket, Tendon, Tripe, Beef Balls, topped with lots of fresh herbs. The noodles were cooked perfectly without being mushy, the broth was flavourful and there was a good ratio between toppings and noodles. Service was quick, the restaurant was clean. This is now my #1 pho place in Mississauga. With a family legacy of 40 years, they Must be doing something right!“

There’s also stores like T&T nearby so it really makes it a convenient restaurant to go to if you’re heading towards the air port.
