“The prices here are really low and their banh mi was quite good, especially for the price. The pickled veg didn't seem pickled and there wasn't much of it. There also wasn't any noticeable pate. We tried the original, satay beef, and lemongrass beef. I liked that the satay one was spicy but preferred the flavour from the lemongrass. This definitely follows the pattern of combining the same ingredients with different sauces to get different flavours but the sauces are distinct and it works well. The coffee was fine but I enjoyed the size of the ice that the machine produced.
They have a sign that says that the prices will get you and the service will keep you. I found the service a bit strange as he rushed us to order because there were customers behind us who were also still deciding what to get and we were standing on the side so others could order. He also asked us how much our order would cost or how much we were giving him which was a bit strange.
The small store was absolutely packed with different things and it seems like anything you're looking for you could find here. I didn't like the lack of prices everywhere or labels as someone who has never had most of the items but what we did get was good.“

“Wonderful place. Great staff and service. This place should be full all day. The food was excellent. Huge portions and definitely needed and wanted to take home some. I had the vegetarian rice noodles with mushrooms and my partner had a HUGE soup. He was very happy. Spicing was excellent. Great flavour. If you’re near Dixie and Dundas this is a great place for a meal. You won’t be disappointed.“

“I’ve been eating pho almost every week, and of the 4 different ones in Mississauga that I’ve been to within the last month, Pho Hung tops the list. I think it’s even better than Pho Ngoc Yen and I Love Pho 2.

I visited on a Friday shortly after they opened at 11am. This is a stand alone restaurant and it seems to be a house of some sort. There are short staircases leading to the basement downstairs while the main dining area is the open area right after your step through the doors.

I ordered the Hung's Special Beef Rice Noodle Soup (Beef broth) - regular size is $14, large is $18. The broth had an assortment of items in it including Rare Beef, Well Done Lean, Brisket, Tendon, Tripe, Beef Balls, topped with lots of fresh herbs. The noodles were cooked perfectly without being mushy, the broth was flavourful and there was a good ratio between toppings and noodles. Service was quick, the restaurant was clean. This is now my #1 pho place in Mississauga. With a family legacy of 40 years, they Must be doing something right!“

“I recently visited Banh Mi Ba Le and was thoroughly impressed with the experience from the Vietnamese cuisine. The baguette had the perfect crunch on the outside while being light and airy on the inside. The soy sauce and the meat was deliciousness. It goes with slice of cucumber, carrot and some Coriander. “We have been coming here since I lived in Mississauga, and it is one of my favorite places for pho. We usually order pho, but this time we also tried the Pad Thai and fried rice with BBQ chicken. The pho was good as always, and my kids and I really enjoyed the fried rice and BBQ chicken. It was very tasty. I did not enjoy the Pad Thai because it was a bit overcooked and did not have much flavor. The portion sizes were generous, and we could not finish everything, so we took some food home.“

“It was our first time visiting this Vietnamese restaurant, and we were not disappointed at all! It’s actually the first time I’ve been able to finish an entire bowl of pho — the broth was so flavorful and comforting. Even the kids kept asking for more!

The Pad Thai was also incredibly authentic, yet light and refreshing at the same time. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared.

“Tried this spot out for the first time, had their house special pho, fried calamari, beef and broccoli, beef fried rice and Chow Mein.

Pho broth was good, though the beef meatballs were a bit tough. Calamari was not bad, just a tad bit overcooked, everything else was great! Staff were kind and one gentleman in particular had our table laughing, super chill guy 🙂‍↕️. Looking forward on giving the full 5 stars when I comeback!

“This is an exceptional place for Vietnamese cuisine, especially their Pho. They always strive for freshness, top tier quality, and dynamic flavors.

We ordered take out and the service was quick and amazing with taking our order and having our food ready on time for pick up. We ordered two of the fried rice with chicken, shrimp and pineapples, the General Tso Chicken with rice and broccoli and the rare beef with rice noodles.

Would definitely come back to experience the delicious, warm and filling meals, and dining in the inviting atmosphere this eatery has to offer!“

“We travel all the way from Rochester NY in the United States a three hour drive to get these Banh Mi for $4 ca each. They sell out sometimes, so we order ahead but they have other authentic Vietnamese treats there. My family has been going there for years, wonderful hardworking people. The Banh Mi is best toasted and eaten at home as a snack.“

“Such a good pho place, family run, friendly atmosphere, delicious food.
I have been coming here for a while and only just writing a review now because I was gate-keeping it, but since we've moved to a new province, visiting and coming back here is a treat. Their fresh rolls are probably some of the best in the city, and their peanut sauce IS ACTUALLY PEANUT SAUCE! I feel like most other places it's just fish sauce with a hint of peanut. Their pho is amazing, the broth has a very good flavour, and their rice dishes/vermicelli bowls are a great choice for a lunch and dinner! Staff is also very polite and make it feel like home when you visit!“

“They have a great variety of Vietnamese in house made items that are not tofu. They're best known for their deep fried tofu which comes in original, onion, and lemongrass. They were good and had a fun texture and I preferred the lemongrass. While they say you buy it by weight, it seems like its bought by container size. We tried their spring rolls which are also famous. They don't come with a dipping sauce and unusually have cabbage in them. I personally prefer the ones more commonly found in Vietnamese restaurants but the price was undeniably good.
We picked up their pandan Soy Milk which was warm and is very smooth soy milk. Unfortunately, as with most pandan flavoured items, there wasn't a noticeable pandan flavour.
Their steamed rice wrapped in leaves had a great filling.
They were able to make a drink based on a picture of one by request of someone which was nice. Other than that, service was lackluster. They sort of forgot our order and it was an unclear experience as a first time customer but it was made better by the fact that they weren't too busy. One other thing I didn't like was the lack of prices on most items that weren't inside the case.
They are cash only, as are many places in this mall.“

“The Pho Special 201 I’mpretty sure is my favourite. I order it every time and I either get one of the 2 sizes, medium or large. The beef cooks inside the hot delicious broth and also the lime, leaves and bean sprout or the staple. I don't usually put bean sprout nor leaves but lime is a must. It makes the broth and flavour of the Pho sooooo much better. The siracha there also is a must making the broth tastier and with a kick of spice. The service there is also good with kind employees and a nice quiet environment.“

“I called in 2 orders of food. A combo & Cantonese Chow Mein. Just mentioned It’s my husband’s birthday today. Hubby picked it up but we were surprised by the amount. Portion is bigger than most places. There’s a variety of meats. Taste is ok. Up to you to add more saltiness but really good. I’m a bit critical by nature. But I’m satisfied with this restaurant. The broth is delicious. Please try the rare beef, flank, beef ball, tripe and tendon. It’s my go to pho. Love this place !!“
