“First time here. Price is slightly higher than other Pho restaurants. However, it is worth it because the food is very good. The beef is tasty with fair amount and the broth is the best. The ingredients are fresh. The service is pretty good. We came on Thursday, the tables are almost full. We will come back again.“

The meat in the soup was ok, not great. You know what you are getting.
The iced coffee 5 stars. Some places just dump the ingredients in, this was tasted measured. And it was sublime.
I used to go all the time, but lately it just feels mailed in. Still better than average, but not by much.“

“Their 1 feet long beef ribs noodle is still the BEST in Ontario. I just tried something similar in Markham for a few bucks more to get 1/3 portion of the meat, 90% of the taste.
This place is authentic and spend hours to boil real beef bone for their soup Base. Not like some other places use MSG powder. Their quality still keeps the same as I've visited a year ago. I still strongly recommend this place if you focus on the authentic taste.“

“Some of the best Pho in the city! So happy the pandemic didn’t impact their recipe. Perfect dark brown, clear and fragrant broth containing tender rare beef, noodles and I add veggies. This was what I’d been craving during lockdown. As usual Viet Thai Kitchen didn’t disappoint! 10/10 recommended!“

“I decided to try a spicy bún bò instead of pho for my first time visit here, and it was the perfect choice for a warm meal after a long day of shopping. The broth was rich and flavorful, and what I really liked was how the bowl stayed hot until I finished, it made me feel even more delicious.
My friends also enjoyed the cơm tấm. The grilled meat was flavorful and well-seasoned, and the nước mắm sauce made the dish especially delicious. The portions are quite generous, one person may not be able to finish a full plate, so taking leftovers home is definitely welcome.
One downside is that the smell from inside the restaurant tends to stick to your clothes after you leave. Also, I noticed a bit of an MSG taste, which made me slightly uncomfortable since I am sensitive to it, my friends did not have any issues thought.“

“It wasn’t too bad, but my friend would probably disagree. I also felt that the owner didn’t have the friendliest attitude. She always seemed to have a judgmental look.

The staff, on the other hand, were humble and friendly.

The food was alright, in my opinion, and the drinks were okay too. Pricing is on the average side. But the portion is smaller than other restaurants. Usually there was no wait time in the past. However It has been getting busier nowadays. However, there wasn’t anything particularly special about the place. You can definitely find better restaurants out there.“

“Tiny restaurant. Always full but the tables turn over relatively quickly. Wonderful silky smooth Pho. Very nice Bun. And my favourite Laska Pho. Try the hot Vietnamese coffee with milk.“

“This feels like an old school vietnamese pho place, which is kind of a rare breed these days. There's no fancy deco, no big fancy rib bone dishes, just good viet food at good prices and huge bowls. The lamb skewers were ok but don't bother. The pho was massive, you could pick fresh or dry pho. Out of all the pho places in Toronto I would say this place gives the most meat, it covered the whole bowl and was over 1cm thick. Meat was fresh and tender too, with so much raw meat its hard to keep the temperature of the soup hot but this was not the case here. The soup was steaming hot, which for me is essential. My favourite place for Pho hands down, you can't go wrong“

“Don‘t go. I want to keep this place all to myself lol. Everything tested great and was served in excellent condition. The atmosphere was also clean and beautiful, which made the whole dining experience very enjoyable. My wife and I really enjoyed our meal and will definitely be coming back.“

Based on my late night pho dac biet take-out I just finished enjoying, this restaurant is legit and classic. It reminds me of my childhood 🥹. When I walked in, there were 3 generations present - and this was beautiful to see.

I'm Vietnamese-Canadian, my parents are from Saigon, Vietnam. So, I've probably had more than 500 bowls of homemade pho in my lifetime so far 🤣. I don't normally review restaurants until I dine-in because usually take-out/pick up isn't nearly as good - but this was wonderful:

The pho dac biet was good: The broth has that perfect very slight sweetness and was nice and clear & clean, the bò viên (beef meat balls) are handmade (which most places in Toronto don't do), and you get all the proper herbs and fixens you're supposed to get (which not a lot of Toronto spots do with this level of detail). These details alone make whatever I payed for the bowl more than worth it.

I recommend supporting and enjoying this small, local, hard-working family-run restaurant.“

“Huge selection of Vietnamese vegetarian dishes. Super tasty meals with lots of flavour and protein. They also have a small store with vegetarian/vegan products.

It's not a fancy spot in a strip mall. Bathroom was adequate but sort of hidden. Cleanliness was adequate but could have been better.“

“I only get takeout from this place so far, because I don't like eating in the food court, but their pho is amazing! I like how neatly they package the pho for takeout as well, and they are the only place that provides enough soup for the noodles! Also, super fast. I usually call my order in when I'm nearly there, by the time I park and walk in, it's ready and piping hot“

Phenomenal portions prices for the amount of food you’re getting is ridiculous (like 23$ gets you a bowl of pho with 2 beef ribs and ANOTHER bowl with a big ass bone full of meat and tender collagen). In the GTA that’s unheard of. The ingredients are high quality. Fantastic service. Open until 12am on weekdays and 2am on Friday and Saturday’s. I’ve driven an hour here 4-5 times in the last 2 months and I’d gladly do it again tomorrow. 10/10“

“The food here was amazing! They have a variety of selections on the menu. The pho broth was ordinary but the crispy chicken and lemongrass chicken with rice were both great! The portions for the lemongrass chicken meal were so big I couldn't finish it and had to take the rest home. This is conveniently located in a busy plaza along Don Mills Rd. near Fairview Mall and other busy stores. Will definitely visit again if I'm in the area and craving for some pho!“
