“Tayaba was excellent,very polite, very efficient and probably the best experience I've had at Tim Hortons in a long time. Lately I've found Tim Hortons has lost their customer service and quality but not at this location especially with Tayaba's polite and friendly demeanor. “Honestly love this place, I’m a regular and I’ve never had a bad experience, the girl from last night was amazing, as a night shift worker it’s normal they don’t have food to serve as they are literally baking for the next morning, the only thing available is drinks which is normal,, if you come late night just knock on the window a few times they can’t hear over the ovens, patience is key, but fantastic place love the workers!“

“It seems to be the best value for money in expensive Ottawa. I heard from a local that they conquered Canada at a low price during the coronavirus pandemic. And I was surprised that it opened very early in the morning. There were so many people that I had to wait in line, but I never thought it would be like this. I also enjoyed a simple breakfast of latte and maple donuts, feeling like a local. I usually don't eat sweets, but since I'm in Canada, I was craving something with maple syrup, and since I was on a business trip, my sugar level kept dropping, so I raised my blood sugar in the morning.“

I work just a couple of minutes away, and without fail, I place my mobile order at exactly 12 p.m. every day on my lunch break. Like clockwork, by the time I walk in, my food is already prepared and waiting—without exception.

What amazes me most is how consistently efficient, clean, and professional Mariana and Dola are, especially given how busy this location gets. Despite the fast pace and high volume, they handle the sandwich bar with such grace and attention to detail. My wraps and sandwiches are always perfectly folded, neatly wrapped, and never messy—no grease, no smudges, just spotless, high-standard presentation every single time.

Over time, both Mariana and Dola have come to know me by name and face, and it means a lot. Even when the store is bustling with customers, they manage to spot me and hand over my order with a smile. It’s that kind of personal touch that makes a regular lunch break feel a little more special.

“I come in almost every day for the team at Lincoln heights ford and everybody at Tim’s is amazing. Great service, amazing people and they make the coffee’s/food really fast I always have a big order of 6-10 drinks and it only takes them 5-10 mins!“

“This drive thru has some of the nicest people working. They are fast and always are happy to serve. Much better than the average tims. One thing to keep in mind is the location. It’s at a gas station, which makes the food selection limited. It’s my go to location for a drink.“

Parking: It is located in an office building so parking could be an issue.

“This Timmies is in the Ottawa Heart Institute and it's a busy place with many other options. There's a cafe too. The staff is fabulous, fast and helpful. There is lots of seating and it's pretty accessible too.Not much is gluten free but the cafe has a good breakfast menu.Only "needs improvement" the seating and overall section could be cleaned better.“

“We come to this restaurant every once in a while. In general, staff are friendly, and helpful. They serve orders without mistakes. Store is clean, but too small, so it gets crowded and the lineup could get difficult. Seating area is small, but cozy. We prefer to take out our food.“

“I ordered a small Caramel Toffee with infused foam. I do not like it with too much foam so I asked the cashier if they can make it with not too much foam and he said of course I will try. This Tim Hortons location is honestly one of the best! My recent visit Around 2pm today ,The team members were extremely friendly and welcoming. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with warm smiles and positive energy, which makes such a big difference. They are polite, professional, and genuinely make you feel valued as a customer.

It’s rare these days to see staff who truly enjoy what they do, but here you can feel it in the way they treat people—with kindness, patience, and great service. The atmosphere is always inviting, and the coffee and food taste even better when it’s served with a smile!

“I live not too far from this location and I always swing by for a coffee every evening and there this one girl who wears specs and she’s always been so sweet and always helpful. She had a warm, welcoming demeanor that made the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable. Despite the busy rush, she remained calm and efficient, quickly preparing my coffee with a smile“

“it's a tim Hortons, so it's mostly pretty basic. staff are incredibly courteous though. as an example when i purchased a doughnut yesterday the kind lady put it in sideways, then handed it to me in such a way the fondant didn't stick to the bag. that small consideration alone makes this place a million times better than half of the tim hortons you can find.

on a side note what happened to the nice piece of parchment paper they'd put over fondant or spread doughnuts? that prevented the sticking problem entirely.“

“Went to see a family member in the Queensway Carlton hospital and decided to grab some donuts from Timmy's. I haven't been in the Queensway Carlton since the 90's and I think it's amazing to have a tim Hortons in a hospital. I can't really speak about it very much because I didn't buy much ( 6 donuts). They only had about 4-5 donut types available but they had cookies and timbits and whatnot. Service was fast and friendly, there were 2 people working there. It's sort of a 'kiosk/pop-up ' store so you really can't compare it to a full size Timmy's. All in all a pleasant experience.“

So the store is left with one person running it for 30 mins. The owner is really nice! Please try to get understanding. “I'm a regular customer here and I think it's a great Tim Hortons but somedays their chocolate toasted coconuts are very cold and wet like coming from a swimming pool and other days they are warm and dry like coming straight from the oven. I would give them 5 stars if they could keep up the quality consistency. (Note* I would just add that in my opinion those chocolate toasted coconut donuts definitely taste delicious when they are warm and dry coming straight from the oven.) Thank you :)“

“A small Tim Hortons place that only offers take-out. It is located inside a QuicKey convenience store at a gas station on Bronson Ave. There is no seating, either inside or outside the place. But service is fast, staff is friendly, and coffee is hot and good. Their menu is limited but they have all the classic breakfast menu items.“

“We stop by every so often when shopping in the mall and always have a positive experience at this location. The service is pretty quick and friendly, and our order is always made to standard. There's also great access to the parking lot through the bridge or to the transitway.“

“It was late, and they I think didn't brew the coffee and I asked for a large regular, and the attendant was having issues with the cleaning and other operational issues and was talking to the colleague. So the coffee they gave me was only hot black water, and that was only slightly smelling like coffee. I realized the same when I started drinking it after I sat in the car and was getting late, so I left as I didn't have time to go back in“

“Service is always friendly and fast, food is usually good and I am a frequent customer, however the past few visits I keep finding egg shells in my sandwiches. You are usually at the window for less than 5 seconds, bit if it meany I had to spend 10 seconds at the window to not get egg shells in my sandwich I would gladly do so. The other thing I've noticed occasionally is their hashbrowns come out tasting like bacon. Luckily I just don't like bacon and don't have an allergy or religious reason I can't eat it. But that's not the case for all. I hope it's not cause the bacon is cooked uncovered, or the oven is really dirty. I hope this can improve“
