I’ve noticed the, Harseerat, always working hard alongside her staff and making sure customers are happy. You can tell the place is managed really well!“

“This Timmies is in the Ottawa Heart Institute and it's a busy place with many other options. There's a cafe too. The staff is fabulous, fast and helpful. There is lots of seating and it's pretty accessible too.Not much is gluten free but the cafe has a good breakfast menu.Only "needs improvement" the seating and overall section could be cleaned better.“

This Tim Hortons location is honestly one of the best! My recent visit Around 2pm today ,The team members were extremely friendly and welcoming. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with warm smiles and positive energy, which makes such a big difference. They are polite, professional, and genuinely make you feel valued as a customer.

It’s rare these days to see staff who truly enjoy what they do, but here you can feel it in the way they treat people—with kindness, patience, and great service. The atmosphere is always inviting, and the coffee and food taste even better when it’s served with a smile!

“Great service by a evening person , I came at a morning for a regular coffee which was large double and the girl was fighting to every other employee in such a large pitch in her language and now the evening person flip the game , she was so gentle and sweet , I asked her name but I forgot and she just made my day !! “it's a tim Hortons, so it's mostly pretty basic. staff are incredibly courteous though. as an example when i purchased a doughnut yesterday the kind lady put it in sideways, then handed it to me in such a way the fondant didn't stick to the bag. that small consideration alone makes this place a million times better than half of the tim hortons you can find.

on a side note what happened to the nice piece of parchment paper they'd put over fondant or spread doughnuts? that prevented the sticking problem entirely.“

“I'm a regular customer here and I think it's a great Tim Hortons but somedays their chocolate toasted coconuts are very cold and wet like coming from a swimming pool and other days they are warm and dry like coming straight from the oven. I would give them 5 stars if they could keep up the quality consistency. (Note* I would just add that in my opinion those chocolate toasted coconut donuts definitely taste delicious when they are warm and dry coming straight from the oven.) Thank you :)“

“It was late, and they I think didn't brew the coffee and I asked for a large regular, and the attendant was having issues with the cleaning and other operational issues and was talking to the colleague. So the coffee they gave me was only hot black water, and that was only slightly smelling like coffee. I realized the same when I started drinking it after I sat in the car and was getting late, so I left as I didn't have time to go back in“
