Under new ownership for the past six months, the staff remain friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming, fun, and lively. The bubble tea isn’t quite as perfect as it used to be, but I’ll definitely visit again and give it another try.

We made another visit to Ice Babo during our 21-kilometer bike ride, and as fate would have it, our favorite bubble tea spot was right at our halfway point. This time, I decided to give the Mango Grapefruit GT with pearls a try, following a staff recommendation based on the flavors I was craving. Once again, it did not disappoint!
My partner opted for the Mango Juice with coconut jelly and pearls, and he thoroughly enjoyed it. We also appreciated that they let us bring our bikes in for safekeeping while we placed our orders.

I revisited the place yet again, and on this occasion, I decided to go for the recommended choice: the Treble Roasted Milk Tea with Grass Jelly, Pudding, and pearls. It marked my first venture into trying grass jelly and pudding, and I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed the combination. If you're in the mood to experiment with something different, I highly recommend giving this selection a try. My son, on the other hand, opted for the Coconut Milk Tea, and it was equally well-received, making it a definite winner.

I returned to Ice Babo for another refreshing experience. Today, I opted for my usual choice – the Honeydew bubble tea with tapioca pearls and litchi jelly. It was absolutely delightful!

We've had the pleasure of visiting I.ce babo two days in a row now, and we've had a wonderful experience both times. The staff is incredibly friendly and provided us with some excellent recommendations. The drinks they serve are absolutely delicious. Personally, I couldn't resist ordering the Mango Smoothie with pearls on both visits, and my son tried the brown sugar milk tea with pearls.
While waiting for your drinks to be prepared, you can also try your luck on their claw machine for a chance to win a stuffed toy. If you're in the area, I highly recommend making a stop here. It has quickly become one of my favorite spots to grab a refreshing drink.
Just keep in mind that the accessibility door opener is currently not functional, but the staff at the establishment are more than willing to assist if needed.“

“I love this store, they always have the best service and best drinks I got there almost everyday. The staff are all amazing especially Ethan and Bryannah they are the sweetest everytime im there they are so kind and they always make my drink fast because they know I work in the plaza and I’m on break so they make it very fast they memorized my order too. Recommend it to anyone looking for a nice fresh drink.“

“I've been going here for almost 2 years now, considering there is not many bubble tea stores in my area, this is the only one readily available and closest to me that isn't a 20 minute drive. I was receiving minimal service to the point I was going to leave a review about my experience. However, today (I'm guessing a new worker- not too sure but I haven't met her before!!) gave me the best experience. She was especially sweet and very welcoming, making conversation with all the customers- myself included, obviously. Keep up the great work Hayley and I hope she and the other staff continue to make everyone's day better!!“

“Nov. 29th 2025, we ordered pork wonton soup, chicken fried rice, Shanghai noodles swap BBQ Pork and Shrimp for the chicken add spice, and Combination Lo Mein, and we got Spring Rolls and Egg Rolls. The soup was average, expecting a few slices of BBQ Pork, was none. Soup stock was meh. Most likely powdered Chicken Bouillon. Take it or leave it. Needed to add sesame oil to it, would really improve it. The Fried Rice was OK. Kinda average too. Good amount of chicken in there though. The pieces were kinda big for fried rice. Flavour overall was OK. The Shanghai noodles are very good nothing to complain about there. The Lo Mein is very good too. The Spring Rolls and Egg Rolls were average as well. Overall not bad. They give it 4.5 as a score? 4 is more what you are looking at. 3.8 is more realistic. Not peeling the shrimp is a major problem for me as well. That's just lazy.“

“Best place to get Bubble tea, Fast service never waited longer then 5 minutes. The staff are super friendly and informative especially the lady working there. Lots of customization and they allow you to get what you want! Dont even go to Coco anymore this is my go to from now on! 5 out 5 stars!“

“This place is honestly the best for bubble tea in the Pickering area! Drinks and service are always on point. I come here a couple times a week and it never fails! Also is a great spot if you need to get some emails/work done and enjoy a nice drink! I really recommend their coconut dragon fruit drink or the mango green tea are my go to!“
