“I don’t usually review businesses but when I do, you know it’s for a good reason. Mani Tea and Yiyuan specifically are amazing. Myself and a few friends frequent this treasure very often. My favourites are the Vegan Dumplings and Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea. Always created and served with such care and heart 🫀. Do not pass on this local spot! Great for all ages with an array to choose from and games for the kiddos. I’d have taken a photo of my goodies from today, but alas it was too good and they’ve been eaten. Here’s to many more years of Mani Tea!“

“Small store but the owner, Kelly wa extremely nice! Explained to us all the ingredients, nice affordable prices for the large drinks, and always trying to improve their drinks!

It's still improving in terms of the layout of the store, but definitely recommend for the yummy drinks + extremely nice staff!“

“Firstly, I AM SO SORRY!!! I walked in 10 minutes before closing, because I read a review saying how they close at 12AM ...3 yrs ago. Besides that- this is my second time ordering here, their quality Nd quantity is unmatched, especially in this economy. With an added free drink with their Bacha Tray promotion, which I highly recommend getting. Thick slices of sashimi with deliciously fresh seafood. My favourite is their Salmon Lovers which comes with two hand rolls, THE SALMON is filled to the bottom of the hand roll. Its a meal perfect for a couple and I heard their bubble tea is great too!“

“I feel like I have to go back as I feel the snacks are what’s the best part.

I ordered the early grey black diamond. The tea flavour was good, but something was amiss, that I can’t put my finger on it.

I was too full from lunch or I would’ve got one of their bubble waffles because everyone seems to be raving about it in the reviews, so will have to come back for that.

The location is kind of a weird one where it’s facing Kennedy. You can enter from the parking lot underground or if you’re on the main floor, exit from the doors facing Kennedy and go south.

Service was great. Person helping was super informative and recommended the Earl grey for a stronger tea taste.

Also need to give a shoutout to the interior with all the bear bricks

I got the world milk tea and I really enjoyed it. First off, the tea itself had a nice flavour. Wasn’t a strong tea flavour but still d ed cent.

The toppings in the drink complemented the milk tea itself nicely. Although the toppings did run out quickly, it was also in those 1L cups, so a lot to drink.

The price of the drink to me is very worth the money. Where else can you get a litre of milk tea with toppings fo under $10.

Service was good too. A little unenthusiastic, but no rude service or slowness. Even with the people that came after me, everything seemed normal.

“Hereby declaring that this yogost location is most superior. I've been to all the others and this one gets the sweetness and consistency of yogurt the best. The flavour is *chef's kiss and once you've had it a couple times, you are sure to be addicted. I love getting the Rice Yogurt drink, 50/50 ice and sugar levels, if anyone needs a recommendation.

4 stars for the slow service due to how long it takes to make the drink.“

“I recently ordered the Miao Miao Grape tea and Lychee Fruit Tea (their most popular flavours) and it was a perfect balance of tea and fruit juice flavour! I recommend ordering 70% sugar (for those that don't like too sweet drinks) and the jelly topping is a must try, highly recommend! The staff was friendly and quick, and the shop had a cozy, laid-back vibe that made my visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a quality bubble tea experience!“

“It was our first time coming to PannTea and I was impressed with the quality of their drinks. The flavours were very rich in texture. They also have tasty desserts to pair with the drinks, like creme brulee and mango pudding. Our favourite drinks were the mango smoothie and creme brulee cake milk tea. “Chatimers, had a pop-up food truck at the plaza 5221 Hwy 7 #900, Markham, ON, across the street from Markville Mall. I was invited over to try their bubble tea. The staff exuded high energy and a warm welcome, creating a fantastic first impression. Their enthusiasm for what they were doing was infectious and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

“I had a great experience today at chatime on Woodbine Ave. Phoebe was very friendly and patient to answer any of my questions, she was professional even under high volume pressure. Johnathan who clearly knows what he was doing, was very efficient at his job.
One star was deducted because the service quality was not consistent across all the staff. The last time I was there a week ago, came across a staff who slouched the whole time working cashier, and didn’t speak up properly. I was not the only customer who cannot hear his voice over the counter…“

“CoCo's teas have never been on par with the other bubble tea places but their fruit juices and smoothies are top notch.

This particular location is really convenient as a great after-meal treat. Smack dab in the middle of possibly one of the best chinese restaurant plaza's second only to First Markham Place, and really the only bubble tea option in the entire strip so they practically have a monopoly!

Only thing I would caution is this particular CoCo does not carry yakult so you won't be able to get your favorite go-to CoCo yakult drinks if you like that sort of thing.“

“Always love going to this Chatime to get work done. Today was very busy despite the heavy snow storm as people kept coming in multiple waves. The worker who served us worked really hard to get all the drinks out, she's always working so well every time I stop by. “Need a nice refreshing glass of bubble tea made just right and served any time of day? Then come get a bubble tea at this spot. I pulled up at this spot late on a Saturday night, cause I was thirsty... and Bubble tea is thirst quenching, even in cold months. I had the mango matcha green tea and loved that I could taste all the ingredients. Thanks for those lovely chunks of mango. Yummy. Just be sure to try manage the amount of ice. You can tell them how much you would like. I got a large drink and it was finished fast with lots of ice left in almost half of the large cup. 😞My second consecutive drink ( cause I guess I wasn't thinking about the calories when I bought myself two) was much better and had less ice so I actually could savour the taste for much longer. Look out for the calories if you care about calorie counting cause these drinks pack a bunch. But since you only live once/ YOLO, just drink that glass of sweetness and exercise later. I will be back for late night bubble tea when I'm thirsty again. But be patient about finding parking as this plaza is always busy at night time“

“I had a great experience at Machi Machi! The drinks were absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and just the right sweetness. I ordered 5 drinks and I tried the Fresh Fruit Jasmine Green Tea, and it was one of the best I’ve had.

The staff was very kind and honest. She was working alone and let me know that it might take a little time, which I really appreciated. Even though I had to wait a bit, it was worth it for the quality and care she put into the drinks.

Unless you are a group of friends who want to stand around, this place is probably only good for the summer as you can hang outside and the nearby park. Otherwise, this is purely a takeout place.“
