“They always have fresh and delicious hot dogs and sausages. I’ve never had the poutines or burgers though but they look good too. I remember how cheap these used to be back in the day and now they’re quite expensive but still worth it when you’re craving for juicy and satisfying comfort food!“
“I found the combo menu here particularly noteworthy for its convenience in providing a variety of options. While the taste wasn't outstanding, it met my expectations adequately. Surprisingly, the tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes) tasted better than anticipated. However, considering the price point, I believe the portions could be more generous. It would be more satisfying if the quantity matched the cost. Overall, [Hot Dog Shop] offers a decent dining experience with room for improvement in portion sizes relative to prices.*Sadly, casher forgot our drink that is included in set menu.“
“Have eaten here several times. The many permutations of the classic corndog are amazing. With varieties like cheese or beef. The sauces and toppings take something simple and make it complex.my personal favourite is a large beef with crispy ramen noodles with teriyaki drizzle.A great treat.Kid-friendliness: Lots of choices gives kids the option to go from simple to complex.“
“The location is very clean, the staff was amazing and friendly. Love all their hot dogs escpially the squid ink ?? with topping honey garlic and cheddar cheese powder tasted great. Made me not want to stop eating. The price is very affordable and can fill you up. Which is another bonus point. Strongly recommend it when you are in the area.“
“Always a great late night snack or last minute dinner option. This location is smaller than the Scarborough one but offers the same options. The Gamsung (little potatoes on the outside) is my go to option but tbh, everything here is good. You can get really creative with how you customize the toppings and sauces.“
“It's 2024. There aren't many traditional burger restaurants that are good.. Except for Golden Star. Is it expensive? Yes. Is it delicious? Oh yeah, big time. This is one of the last few good burger restaurants in the GTA. You should come here at least once.“
“If you know, you know!Soloways has been our dirty little secret for get togethers for a long time! They offer all sorts of sausages, hotdogs, burgers, buns and condiments. They supply the hotdog carts of Toronto but are open to the public.“
“Never had these hotdogs and our kids wanted to try them. The cheese filled dog was awesome sooooo stringy the sauces were pretty good too. I enjoyed the pork filled dog over the beef filled they are so juicy. new place and a young staff, Any kids starting in the the work force this is a good job for them it’ll take a bit of time before the place rocks but what I’ve seen is a very good job from the cashiers and to the cooks in the back making them huge hotdogs. We will definitely go back.“
“I recently had the pleasure of discovering Kordog, and I must say, it has quickly become my go-to spot for the most delightful corn dogs in Toronto. I had the pleasure of eating the original Korean corn dog and the banana flavoured boba with tteok-bokki. The food tasted amazing and it was delivered rather quickly. I really loved the food here and the friendliness of the workers and the clean and friendly atmosphere. I definitely would be coming back here, and I happily rate this place a 5/5.Parking: Lots of parking space & easy to park.Kid-friendliness: Workers here are very friendly. The workers here have great customer service.“
