An employee contacted me next day to confirm the order and make sure they understood what I was looking for. Cake was ready on time for pickup and it was absolutely perfect - and probably the best made ice cream cake we have ever had. I even took a peak at the other cakes they had available in their freezer and they were amazing! Not just generic designs. On top of the quality, the customer service was super friendly and accommodating. This isn’t the closest location to me being 20mins away, but I would definitely consider going out of my way to purchase a cake from here again.“

“Same selections across all locations but what makes a location stand out will have to be the services!! We greeted by these friendly and cheerful young girls who smile shine behind their masks. They were so patient with my indecisive daughter, very attentive to all of us. These young girls set the bar high in the retail industry. Parking: This location is in a plaza sometime quite busy but plenty of parking never unable to get a spot and get my treat
