McDonald's in Richmond Hill

“Hi My office is down the street, I am a regular but I just wanted to mention that Arman customer Service is always AMAZING!
Every time I visit he always smiles and you can tell he really cares about the customer satisfaction!
I hope management can reward him somehow.“

“I went to McDonald's and ordered 2 breakfast combo and an extra small coffee, upon serving my order they realized that they missed my separate order of small coffee, and they never charged me for it, but I was given one anyway for free.“

“Very nice neat and clean, under staffed, Only two employees working and they have a bottle neck in the order processing as most people are not using kiosk at the particular location. One person is taking order and one person is processing the orders.“

“I bean going to this McDonald's for 20 years I find the service and staff a wonderful people it's always clean fast service and fresh food and coffee Young and 16 Avenue is a great McDonald's next to Bayview and Mager Mac is also great place“

Her kindness and cheerful attitude truly stand out. She is simply wonderful at customer service, and I want to thank her for making my visits special.“

I find, in life, you generally get what you pay for - and this is no exception. As each franchise has its own taste 👅 some hit 💯 some are off by some percentage. But It won’t replace my day-to-day need of coffee ☕️ Caffeine ☕️ McDonald’s Large Ice 🧊 Coffee ☕️ serve’s the purpose! Freshly brewed great taste 👅, but it's well worth splashing out on if I fancy some caffeine ☕️ based, self-indulgence and luxury.

Freshly ground, it tastes great 👅, but it's worth spending the money if I'm craving caffeine ☕️, personal pleasure and luxury.“

“This location is located within the Walmart super store on High Tech road. We came by after shopping to pick up a drink.

The place is not that big however its really clean and has some space to sit down after shopping. I like the idea of the Mcdonalds located within the store.

There is free outdoor parking. I found the staff pretty nice and fast. They are usually friendly and ready to help. They also have the self order machines.“
