“I go through the drive thru every morning and have been doing so for just over a year. in all that time there have only been a couple of times that the people have not smiled or greeted me in a friendly manner. 99,99% of the time, they are smiling, friendly and very attentive!“

“I go out of my way for this Timmy's. Their coffee taste the best -- not too much cream or sugar for my regular. Even though sometimes their drive-thru line is super long, it moves quick. The location attracts some unsavory customers, but the team is efficient and friendly. My favourite Tim's location.“

“Workers are overworked. They need more staff. It’s a busy location and they’re running around. I had to wait a while but it’s not their fault. Whoever the manager is needs to staff it better. Workers are great and helpful despite being overworked and too busy.“

“The review for this place are wild. 1stly, this is a drive-thru window for Tim Hortons. Most of the ppl that go through here are either going to work or are contractors in the area on the way to work which explains all the garbage you typically see. 2ndly, this is probably the best location for sandwiches/bistro/wraps and other bakery items in Richmond Hill. Rest of the items are made and taste exactly the same as any Tim Hortons that you go visit. The real test of any Tim Horton's is how they make their Iced Caps. Too much ice/water or not enough cream/chocolate/caramel/oreo crumbs/ect.... and they get a rating of 3/5 for that. Depending on what time of day you visit and the staff they have there, its either a hit or miss. Service is very fast on any order for a drive-thru and they get 5 stars for that.“

“One of my favorite places for Timmi stop in Richmond Hill. Especially because of the vast area across the store. So you could joyfully enjoy your breakfast and smoke a butt lol

There is a dude every morning I chitchat with in the drive way - I don't know his name but he is so cool and friendly. I wish him a successful future which he will reach due to his great attitude.

The only advice I can provide for improvement is cleanliness of the back of the building and also being more agile as there is a long line up every morning to grab a cup of coffee or a chewy.

Vegetarian options: Not an option in Tim Hortons. Check Starbucks.

Dietary restrictions: They do not offer restricted diet - not in any branch of Tim Hortons. So be careful even if they say so.

Parking: Lots of parking in the plaza available.

Kid-friendliness: It is ok but I don't bring my child to any Tim Hortons because hot drinks are served and Tim Horton's cups are not reliable as you all know. So better to be safe than sorry.

Wheelchair accessibility: It has wheelchair and stroller accessibility.“

“One of the guys at work kept making the same mistake over and over again. As a punishment he had to eat 12 old fashion donuts in 12 minutes.

The bad news, he didn’t eat them all and threw them up. The good news, these were the freshest old fashion donuts that I’ve ever purchased.“
