“For over 20 years I have travelled by car in sales and service and by far this Tim Hortons has the most organized and speedy service I have every seen, mainly due to its long time staff members Vima and Shahi, forgive the spelling. When these ladies are in charge, the service is perfect. The drive through is pleasant and positive with lots of smiles. The coffee shop is clean and pleasant. These 2 ladies should be trainers for chain. In my experience, they exhibit a skill unseen throughout many of the coffee shops across Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick including competitive coffee chains. Well Done!“

“This Tim Hortons is a handy spot if you’re at Hillcrest Mall and need a quick coffee or snack. It’s right inside the mall, near the entrance, so it’s easy to get to whether you’re doing errands or just hanging out.

One nice bonus is that parking at Hillcrest is totally free, and there’s usually plenty of it—even on weekends. That makes popping in for a coffee super convenient, especially if you’re not planning to stay at the mall long.

The Tim’s itself is pretty standard—coffee, donuts, sandwiches—all the usual favorites. The line can get a bit long during peak hours, and the service can feel rushed or a little disorganized at times. I’ve had the occasional wrong order, but nothing that wasn’t fixable.

It’s more of a grab-and-go kind of spot, especially when it’s busy. However, there is plenty of seats in the food court area. If you’re looking for a quick caffeine fix while shopping or before heading out, it does the trick.“

“The review for this place are wild. 1stly, this is a drive-thru window for Tim Hortons. Most of the ppl that go through here are either going to work or are contractors in the area on the way to work which explains all the garbage you typically see. 2ndly, this is probably the best location for sandwiches/bistro/wraps and other bakery items in Richmond Hill. Rest of the items are made and taste exactly the same as any Tim Hortons that you go visit. The real test of any Tim Horton's is how they make their Iced Caps. Too much ice/water or not enough cream/chocolate/caramel/oreo crumbs/ect.... and they get a rating of 3/5 for that. Depending on what time of day you visit and the staff they have there, its either a hit or miss. Service is very fast on any order for a drive-thru and they get 5 stars for that.“

“Very nice manager gave me free hash browns after one of the workers was being rude to me and my fiancé. It’s hard for these places to give their best service when they’re shuffling new workers all the time but I’m happy the management was able to resolve the issue we had.“
