Never let you down on fresh hot or cold beverages. If you want to enjoy Canadian true tims then this is the place and right staff. “I had a really great experience at this Tim Hortons. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. They were quick but still took the time to be polite and welcoming. The environment was also very clean and well-kept, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful spot for a coffee break.“
“This Tim Hortons is a handy spot if you’re at Hillcrest Mall and need a quick coffee or snack. It’s right inside the mall, near the entrance, so it’s easy to get to whether you’re doing errands or just hanging out.
One nice bonus is that parking at Hillcrest is totally free, and there’s usually plenty of it—even on weekends. That makes popping in for a coffee super convenient, especially if you’re not planning to stay at the mall long.
The Tim’s itself is pretty standard—coffee, donuts, sandwiches—all the usual favorites. The line can get a bit long during peak hours, and the service can feel rushed or a little disorganized at times. I’ve had the occasional wrong order, but nothing that wasn’t fixable.
It’s more of a grab-and-go kind of spot, especially when it’s busy. However, there is plenty of seats in the food court area. If you’re looking for a quick caffeine fix while shopping or before heading out, it does the trick.“

“Every time I come to order my usual, the staff are on it! They’re professional, quick and efficient with the orders. The coffees are always hot, breakfast sandwich is always fresh and I always get a warm welcome via drive thru! You won’t be disappointed!“

“Very interesting Tim Hortons. It’s at the end of a townhouse complex with the Sheraton and best western sharing a parking lot. Unfortunately there’s no drive through.
Boston cream donut DID NOT stick to the bag. And the apple fritter looks like it needs to be on ozempic.“
