Tim Hortons in Richmond Hill

“A busy and tiny Tim's which didn't have much space if you choose to dine in. Not much they can do I guess?!

I usually use Tim's app for ordering. At times, it was confusing since there was much room at the pick up counter.
Staffs were quite efficient and that often compensated the order pick up confusion.
Overall a 4 star because of the effort to be efficient and customer focus. Keep up the good work.
I don't come often, only our wonderful family dentist is around the corner 1 min away.“

“I was there yesterday for the first time, and it is one of the best locations I have ever been to. As soon as I entered, one of the staff members, her name was Arezo (or Arze) came to me right away. She patiently took my order, and since I have a hearing problem, she repeated it loudly and clearly for me. She also kindly suggested an egg tart, which I had never had before, and it was absolutely delicious! At the end, she asked me to take a seat and personally brought my order to my table.

“I often stop by this Tim Hortons during work when I need a short break and a fresh coffee. The atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming, and the coffee is consistently hot and fresh.

The customer service here is outstanding. They did not have the double chocolate donut when I asked, but they kindly made a note and had it ready the next time I came in. That level of care really stood out to me.

Farzam and Elham are always smiling and incredibly kind. Seeing them always brightens my day—it honestly feels like visiting friends. Highly recommend this location! ☕😊“

“I came in to this location the morning of Aug 22 around 6:30. In all honesty I’ve stopped buying coffee from Tim’s because no one seems to make it right. This morning I was pleasantly surprised when at the last moment I decided to try again. Whoever was at the front counter, I didn’t catch her name, made me the best coffee I’ve had in a long time. “Tim Hortons at this location was a great stop when I visited in the middle of winter, with a lot of snow outside. Service was good both at the drive thru and inside the store. The place was clean and well maintained, including the washrooms, which is always appreciated.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything felt smooth and efficient despite the weather. Overall, a reliable and comfortable stop during winter conditions. Definitely a good location to visit.

“This Tim Hortons is a handy spot if you’re at Hillcrest Mall and need a quick coffee or snack. It’s right inside the mall, near the entrance, so it’s easy to get to whether you’re doing errands or just hanging out.

One nice bonus is that parking at Hillcrest is totally free, and there’s usually plenty of it—even on weekends. That makes popping in for a coffee super convenient, especially if you’re not planning to stay at the mall long.

The Tim’s itself is pretty standard—coffee, donuts, sandwiches—all the usual favorites. The line can get a bit long during peak hours, and the service can feel rushed or a little disorganized at times. I’ve had the occasional wrong order, but nothing that wasn’t fixable.

It’s more of a grab-and-go kind of spot, especially when it’s busy. However, there is plenty of seats in the food court area. If you’re looking for a quick caffeine fix while shopping or before heading out, it does the trick.“

But I especially want to recognize Lufina. Every single time she opens the window, she greets customers with the most genuine smile. It’s not just polite — it’s real. And honestly, in the middle of busy days and everyday stress, that smile makes a difference.

“Every time I come to order my usual, the staff are on it! They’re professional, quick and efficient with the orders. The coffees are always hot, breakfast sandwich is always fresh and I always get a warm welcome via drive thru! You won’t be disappointed!“

“I go to this location quite location often and my experience is hit or miss. Today the location was quite busy and very slow. It took more than 10 minutes and I only ordered 2 lunch items plus other bakery items and drinks. One good thing that came from this experience was the employee that took my order (Sagal). She was very patient and kind. She also completed all the other items in my order very quickly and accurately.“
