“I came in to this location the morning of Aug 22 around 6:30. In all honesty I’ve stopped buying coffee from Tim’s because no one seems to make it right. This morning I was pleasantly surprised when at the last moment I decided to try again. Whoever was at the front counter, I didn’t catch her name, made me the best coffee I’ve had in a long time. “The review for this place are wild. 1stly, this is a drive-thru window for Tim Hortons. Most of the ppl that go through here are either going to work or are contractors in the area on the way to work which explains all the garbage you typically see. 2ndly, this is probably the best location for sandwiches/bistro/wraps and other bakery items in Richmond Hill. Rest of the items are made and taste exactly the same as any Tim Hortons that you go visit. The real test of any Tim Horton's is how they make their Iced Caps. Too much ice/water or not enough cream/chocolate/caramel/oreo crumbs/ect.... and they get a rating of 3/5 for that. Depending on what time of day you visit and the staff they have there, its either a hit or miss. Service is very fast on any order for a drive-thru and they get 5 stars for that.“
