The location attracts some unsavory customers, but the team is efficient and friendly. My favourite Tim's location.“

“Workers are overworked. They need more staff. It’s a busy location and they’re running around. I had to wait a while but it’s not their fault. Whoever the manager is needs to staff it better. Workers are great and helpful despite being overworked and too busy.“

“This is a great Tim Hortons. There’s a large variety of donuts, drinks and food so there’s always something different to try. The drive through line gets long but the workers are always efficient so the line moves fast. My favourite thing to get is the blueberry muffin“

“The review for this place are wild. 1stly, this is a drive-thru window for Tim Hortons. Most of the ppl that go through here are either going to work or are contractors in the area on the way to work which explains all the garbage you typically see. 2ndly, this is probably the best location for sandwiches/bistro/wraps and other bakery items in Richmond Hill. Rest of the items are made and taste exactly the same as any Tim Hortons that you go visit. The real test of any Tim Horton's is how they make their Iced Caps. Too much ice/water or not enough cream/chocolate/caramel/oreo crumbs/ect.... and they get a rating of 3/5 for that. Depending on what time of day you visit and the staff they have there, its either a hit or miss. Service is very fast on any order for a drive-thru and they get 5 stars for that.“

“One of the guys at work kept making the same mistake over and over again. As a punishment he had to eat 12 old fashion donuts in 12 minutes.

The bad news, he didn’t eat them all and threw them up. The good news, these were the freshest old fashion donuts that I’ve ever purchased.“
