“Update: As much as I like this place, I’ve noticed the quality of takeout orders has been off the last three times.

This is our favourite Dosa restaurant in all of Vancouver. The dosas are always great, uttapam and kothu parathas delicious. Service is quick and portions are generous. The restaurant is small but clean and comfy. Plenty of vegetarian options to choose from! 5/5 - highly recommend!“

“May become my new favourite Indian restaurant in Vancouver! Had the Chicken Tiki Masala and the ingredients are so fresh and flavourful. The garlic naan was fragrant, light and fluffy - not too oily. They also have a variety of mocktails and zero alcohol drinks on top of a great bar menu. The decor is modern/cozy and they have many tables for groups, date nights or solo dining. Very friendly and attentive staff! Paid parking in the surrounding neighbourhood but not out front.“

“First time I visited at Roy's Indian Restaurant and came back at my home with full of stomach and I was so happy to see that staff was really very well- coming as asking me about food, water, everything after few seconds and I tried Kolkata Chili Chicken , Chicken xacuti and and Lamb korma. They all had finger-licking, amazing taste also when i got the bill, one dish was discounted because i ordered the food during happy hours. “Delicious dishes in a very comfortable setting. Really pleasant servers who smile and make you feel comfortable. Overall the dishes were exceptional; I love the lamb curry and the vegetable thali. The butter chicken melts in your mouth. Try the happy hour lunch menu if you are by yourself. You get a tray of lamb, chicken or vegetable curry along with rice, naan, potato curry and crispy pakora.
