“A blast from the past staffed by a friendly fellow with a passion for candy. We stopped in for ice cream this week and had a lovely experience with this place. There was a great selection of candy - including the long lost Mike & Ike’s, which should have never left Canada. I would definitely recommend stopping here if you have a chance when you are downtown! It’s a true Guelph gem.

“I ordered a box of twelve puffs and a box of six puffs. The flavours I got were cinnamon sugar, cinnapuffs and lemon pie. All three flavours were delicious and the puffs were still hot and crispy when I got home about 20 minutes later.

One complaint I have is that I pre-ordered the puffs about 15 minutes before pick-up, and even though I arrived after the time it was supposed to be ready, I had to wait about five minutes in the store before it was ready. The staff was very nice and friendly.

“My wife and I recently visited Dairy Queen, and we had a great experience. She had the strawberry sundae, and I opted for the peanut buster parfait. Both treats were delicious. The service was good; the staff was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was clean and inviting. We look forward to returning for more tasty treats in the future.“
