“We came because you have good reviews. We found out that Gyu Hito is an amazing go-to-place for delicious Japanese AYCE BBQ! The restaurant has a modern feel to it and the staff is incredibly attentive to our food needs. Such good service! The food itself is so tasty (so many different types of seasoned meats) and there are many yummy sides you can order as well! The most thing I like is the fruit tea, best combination with BBQ. Dessert is also something to look forward to because you can choose your favourite Melona popsicle and have it with a sweet creme brule dessert!“

“I tried their sandos(sandwiches) and loved it. Very delicious and satisfying. Only downside is that it keeps you wanting more.. and hence more calories… be mindful and enjoy!

Kid-friendliness: A very limited space to sit and enjoy the meal. From what it looks like, there’s going to be a little struggle in the restaurant with kids.

“It was the first time I went to this restaurant and I tasted the authentic Northeastern pot-roasted pork. It had a familiar taste that I had never tasted in Toronto. Malatang too. The service is also very good. I guess it’s hard to taste this kind of food in Toronto. It feels like returning to my hometown. I will definitely come back next time!

I love spicy food but not in love with chili oil. But their dish was spicy yet yummy. I read a few reviews that mentioned that it's too spicy. If you enjoy Korean food or malatang, malashangua, you won't find it spicy. It was actually perfect for me. Most of the dishes are spicy, so check if you're with kids. Despite this, I did find some dishes that aren't spicy.
Price was great, and service ? I do wish to come back. Hope they keep all good as it is now.“

“Great price and quality of the meats. Got 2 meats & 2 drinks, and with tip came out to about $30/person. I highly recommend capitalizing off of the banchan, it’s unlimited and free, and makes the whole experience worth it. Definitely one of my staple k bbq spots.“

“have a lovely experience with this restaurant. We suppose to be eating at gyubee however we are unable to book a reservation on time. and we try the chako, the service 100% satisfyinfg. accomodate us from the time we sat on the table. replenish the meat and condiments and ask for time to time if we needed something. Worth the money and experience I might say. must a try for anyone looking for bbq grill and were looking forward to be back again. thanks!“

“Some of them are quite unique. The cold noodles are really good. The mutton skewers feel like fried skewers and really taste bad. The hand-pulled ribs are good and taste good! The chicken rack sauce buns have a strong taste, sour sauce, a very strange feeling! Is the cold dish or something okay? Won't come again!
Parking: I feel like there aren't many parking spaces. I went there in the afternoon and it was okay.“

“Had to get a full BBQ roasted duck last minute. Found them on Google and called the owner. His name is Joe. Very nice guy. I bought a duck just before he closed at 7pm. Good quality and good tasting duck! My senior parents enjoyed it and they are very picky. Will return to buy more! Thanks Joe!“

“The restaurant is close to UFT, has a large smoked meat area just like in the south! I ordered the brisket, bone back rib, and strip Korean; it was tender and seasoned well!! I've been here a few times, and I'll be back here again before the end of summer with some friends.“
