“Pho is amazing....loved it...

The porkchop....presentation is good, price is alright but like Ossington's Pho shop, it falls short against Pho Hung's Pork Chop rice.

But all in all it's a nice place to eat.

- The best Beef Pho noodle soup we ever had, the broth was so tasty, plenty of tender slices of beef and the rice noodles were excellent

- very tasty and tender grilled chicken ( well marinated in lemon grass) with steamed rice, one of the best we've had

“Cozy and nice interior inside the restaurant within Woodside square mall plaza. Dined in on Thursday afternoon for lunch and I ordered Phở Dặc Biệt Small ($15.95) and Vietnamese Iced Coffee - Cà Phê Đá ($5.99) served in a takeout cup. Wish they added more beef balls and beef tripes in my bowl. My second time dining at this restaurant and they only accept cash or debit!“

“My dining experience at La Pho was great! The restaurant environment is comfortable and the waiters are friendly and enthusiastic. The dishes are fresh and delicious, especially their Vietnamese Pho, which has a rich soup base and rich toppings that will leave you with endless aftertaste. It is worth mentioning that their spring rolls are also very delicious, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Highly recommended to friends who like Vietnamese food! “Amazing food, fast service and had good vibes but it was kind of weird hearing staffs swear. The restaurant is fairly small and quiet since I visited early in the morning and staffs were chatting and swearing loudly. Probably wouldn't bring kids here, but overall really enjoyed my meal.

We got the big platter and mango salad, was too much for 2 people. Also an egg coffee. Food was good, chao tom was okay but everything else was excellent, especially good seasonings on the meat. Portion also didn't disappoint.

“To be honest, there are more and more high-quality pho restaurants opening up in Markham lately. Compared to those, this place is fairly average in terms of both taste and ambiance. That said, their prices are quite reasonable, so it can still be considered a decent, everyday option.

I also want to mention that there’s a middle-aged male server—I’ve been here a few times, and he always seems a bit unfriendly and impatient. I’m not sure if he’s the owner himself.

Overall, with the growing competition in the local pho scene, this restaurant might need to rethink and improve its business strategy if they want to stay in the game long-term. Relying solely on the old “cheap and cheerful” model may not be enough anymore—most customers these days are willing to pay a bit more for better food, service, and a nicer environment.“

“Honestly the best pho served I have been to many places and it’s been disappointing, but I drive 1 1/2 hours just to have it from here. Cheese wontons are also sooo good and the avocado drink also happy. There price is reasonable as well

“Great place to satisfy your vietnamese cravings.

Ordered the rice dish which was large in portion, the flavour of the chicken was not like anything I've had before but was still tasty. Their pho also has a lot of meat and the broth was delicious.

They also have fish sauce fried chicken wings which I think are super underrated and were very crispy and I'd say more on the sweeter side than fishy tasting.

The atmosphere is nothing overly fancy, the typical cp24 playing on a TV and the tables had a bit of a funky smell but nothing to deter you away as the food is worth the visit.“

“Me and my family have been going here for 3-4 years now and it’s still never disappoints. My dad is one of my hardest people to please but one thing is for sure, he loves pho. During covid we tired many many pho places but nothing seems to hit the spot. Either the soup made us thirsty after drinking, portions were so small, not enough meat or prices were too high. Until we came across this place.

To start off service is always good. We’re greeted by a friendly face and given hot tea and menus right away. They have many opinions to choose from but I recommend getting the house special pho (P01). admittedly once it arrives at the table, meat and noodles are filled to the top steaming hot (a very good sign). The soup was very good and did not leave us thirsty at all we finished everything. Jasmine garden never disappoints the owners are such sweet people if you need any adjustment just let them know!

“Great food, Great prices, service is good too. Been coming to Pho metro for years, when they renovated and presented Manh Mi Metro i was so happy. I like to come here once in a while just to grab a Boa or Banh Mi after work. Its quick, easy, yummy, and affordable.“

“June 30.25 , walk in take out order. The Owners, husband wife Super Nice couple. I ordered quite a large order and the outcome of service was completed quickly and food is fantastic. My group and I are love this location, Pho Vietnam on Kennedy Rd. The 2 large orders cold roll and 2 large ordersdeep fried spring rolls were devoured, the 2 orders pork chop with egg and rice, hearty and delicious. The 2 orders of grilled chicken and rice delicious. We are customers for life. I tried to tip but the owners would not take it because I was there for take out only, this was refreshing change because now everywhere you go you feel obligated to tip on takeout because of a charge labeled tips on the counter but not this place. “Came shortly after opening on a weekday. Ordered 101 - XL combination and 250 - XL spicy peanut with beef. Hot soy milk and viet coffee which came with hot water to pour over the phin.
101 came out in few minutes and 250 slightly longer. Steaming hot like I like it. Broth clear and clean tasting but not overpowering. Was hoping for a bit more complexity but tasty nonetheless. Wished for more meat in an XL serving.
250 was thick, coconut creamy and peanuty.
Soy milk was likewise hot and stayed hot until the end of my meal. Smooth. A bit chalky near the end but good.
Coffee strong with nice aftertaste like the coffee I buy from Vietnam.

“You’ll find a lot of filling and little wrapper in their deep-fried spring rolls ($6 for two). With the delicate skin and ample filling, the spring rolls have a light juicy quality that makes you want to have a second. Maybe I can’t share these anymore.

Hulking beef bones are now the rage at Vietnamese restaurants. Pho Thanh Cong’s beef rib pho ($22) arrives with two decently sized bones as well as a handful of shaved beef. There’s a lot of toppings so you won’t be left with a bowl filled with noodles.

And while the beef ribs don’t have a lot of flavours on its own, the restaurant offers a lot of condiments including three types of hot sauce and garlic slivers. After creating a sauce of hoisin, garlic chili, and garlic slivers and slathering it onto the ribs, they were delicious.

The rare beef and brisket rice noodle soup ($17 for medium) also has a hefty portion of protein. Although the rare beef was very lean so some diners may find it tough. Still, the broth was full of flavour and perfectly seasoned, so much so that I could enjoy the pho without any condiments. Sometimes it’s nice to just savour the beef broth and herbs sprinkled throughout.“
