We felt spoiled with a beautiful spread of food and a server who was invested in our experience. The date night menu is also an incredible deal for two: a massive appetizer, an assortment of mains to choose from, Naan bread and choice of rise, desert and a bottle of wine...all for $69!!!! The venue has a lovely North end location and is tastefully decorated. It's a large space with plenty of indoor seating as well as an outdoor patio. Inside there's a billiard table, large bar advertising $5 martinis, and a stage for performances. Although we were told live performances start up in the summer, we found the music was quite perfect for our evening. We are excited for our next visit!”

“Run! Don’t walk to this place!! We ordered a Med Party tray, Hamashi Sashimi, seaweed salad, Nigiri Tobiko. The pictures speak for themselves, super fresh, large cuts, bursting with flavour! We’ve also previously ordered Poke bowls both Tuna and Salmon and were blown away how fresh, flavourful and filling the portions are. What a fabulous addition to the St Catharine’s/Lincoln food scene!! Oh, and the folks running the show are kind, appreciative, highly skilled and professional. I’ve finally found my local Sushi fix after 4 years of searching 🙏”

“I have been to Inchins twice in the St. Catharines location and I just love it. The place is nice and clean, friendly staff to talk about the different types of spicy curry there is, music just relaxing to hear. Had two different Chicken Curries and loved them in my two visits. Garlic Naan is great to dip in the sauce for eating the curry. Refreshing beverages to have you can’t go wrong. Would love to try the spiciest Curry at the Niagara Falls location one day. For me I rate 10 out of 10. 😃 👍🏻”

“I had never had banh mi before visiting this restaurant but it was absolutely delicious. I ordered the 1A combo which comes with banh mi, 2 speciality spring rolls and a can of pop. The portions were perfect for lunch but do expect a short wait of around 10 minutes. Well worth the wait and the guy working is very friendly!”

“I don’t usually give 5 stars out to chain restaurants but the Kelsey’s YMCA dr. I went for lunch with a girlfriend & we were so chatty bless our waitress. Even after the restaurant picked up she still was lovely with us not rushing us & definitely could read our table so well.
Quality of both my soup & sandwiches were fine nothing to rave about but for their price point was exactly what you would be expecting.

Dispatch is a gem, in all that it offers and represents, it is hard to even know where to start. The food was incredible: the flavours were so complex, the ingredients so fresh, the attention to detail. We got to meet chef Gizem who was making the food that night, and she is just lovely and beyond talented and gifted at what she does. The drinks were so special and unique!!!! Again, the flavours were so complex, the ingredients so fresh, and the attention to detail!!! They were drinks to be sipped and savoured, they made you slow down and be mindful. I have never before experienced drinks like these, they were one of a kind! And desert!!!! Oh man, I'm salivating just thinking about it!!!! The people, they are lovely beyond lovely, and the word that just keeps coming up for me is special. Adam and Mike were so nice to speak to, they are so talented, passionate, and genuinely amazing people. This restaurant is so much more than just amazing food and staff, it supports the community, doing what they can to help others. How awesome is that!? And for a restaurant to still be doing whatever they can to spread goodness after enduring through a pandemic, which we are still enduring through the ripple effects. Dispatch is a living wage employer, being brave and doing something different from the majority of the industry, doing the right thing!!? In addition to the restaurant, they also have a beautiful store inside that sells gourmet food and drink items from around the world and creations made by Dispatch. They also had some really special items to support local and to support other businesses who are also doing what they can to make the world a better place. For example, Adam told us about these awesome t-shirts that support a local artist, Chance Mutuku, and these shirts have a great message! Or the amazing Mafia Tote Bags or Upcycled Market Tote Bags! The inside restaurant and the patio are lovely, the time and thought given to creating the space is so evident. The restaurant is aesthetically stunning, and the vibe of the restaurant is so comfortable!!!! It was the finest dining experience I have ever had, while also the most relaxed. Thank you guys for such a nice night out! Wish so much that we lived closer, but whenever we are anywhere near the St. Catharines area, we will 100% be coming in and so excited to come back:)”

I experienced the Black and Blue pasta. Simply delectable. Last night we returned for an early Valentine’s Day dinner. This time I could not resist the Steak Gorgonzola. So incredibly decadent, so delicious. My wife had the Penne Alfredo with Lobster and Crab. Also a beautifully presented dish that was delicious. The Caesar salad is definitely worth the upgrade too. Cozy and warm dining experience with a great staff. We are looking forward to coming back soon. There’s just too many delicious options on that menu. See you soon!”

“We booked the Barrel Room for my Dad's 80th Birthday. Janine was easy to work with, and our servers were incredibly helpful. The guests commented on how much they loved the atmosphere of the room - but the food took centre stage! Personally, I highly recommend the mushroom ravioli in the rose sauce. Mmmm.”

I was meeting with coworkers and meeting for them first time in person. We had the table way over the time we should have and the waitress never batted an eye. She gracefully continued to serve us even though it was busy.

Scott individually wrapped an assortment of tarts including Skor, Turtles, Raisonette, etc. We used them as favours at each table setting and the rest were left on a tray by the door. “I don’t normally bother rating fast food unless I’ve had overwhelmingly positive or negative experiences. But this McDonald’s has been consistently positive! Staff have always been very friendly, food has always been very fresh and correct. Definitely go for drive thru if you can, the dining room is always chaotic. But as far as McDonald’s goes, this is probably the best one in Niagara and I wanted to give the staff a shout out for that 🙂”

“I am a delivery driver and I got treated terribly there this morning by the staff, All because I wanted to order a coffee for myself which I've done hundreds of times in there while delivering their product as a dekivery driver on shift...the supervisor intervand she was rude to me, Told me I'm terrible at my job, She escalated the problem and made it worse which delayed the delivery for the customer, she did nothing to resolve the issue, instead she told me im not welcome back In the store, so she is costing the store business and taking money out of my pocket. Much better service at the other McDonald's in the city who appreciate the drivers who deliver their product. Terrible experience”

Could here them accusing each other in the back who made it and who didn't. They have made the customer eating area much smaller. Kitchen area much larger but hasn't helped with the speed of processing orders. So many errors on orders.

Parking: Tight parking area right out the doors. Limited accessible parking.

“I love supporting small businesses and de la terre bakery is one that I continuously find myself coming back to.

The atmosphere is amazing in here. Even though you might think it's a "bakery" and not a "cafe", you couldn't be more wrong. Along with available bread to purchase, they also have delicious pastries and various drink options to choose from. I always find myself getting an iced vanilla latte (both to dine in person and for take-out). I've also eaten their breakfast croissant sandwich before and it's delicious. It is a little pricy however the quality makes up for it. There's nothing like a small business coffee, there's just something about it you can't replicate elsewhere.

The staff are always warm, welcoming, and friendly. I've never had a bad interaction with any of them. Even when the store is busy, they are very quick with taking your order and making your food/drinks. Moreover, if you're staying around for a while, you'll see them constantly cleaning the cafe, wiping down tables, and taking away dirty dishes. For newcomers, I would let you know that I clear away my own dishes (by bringing them back up to their counter) but I'm not sure if this is a requirement (i just do it to give them a little break from cleaning)!

Overall, great spot, free wifi, I come and do my schoolwork here at least once a week (maybe even more)! I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting St. Catharines!

Parking: They have their own parking lot with I'd say estimated about 20+ spots (free parking no charge) They do fill up fast though as they have a lot of customers coming in to dine or picking up their online orders. There is another parking lot though right next to their personal one that is almost empty all the time (i've never parked in there so I'm not 100% sure if it is free parking or if you have to pay).

Kid-friendliness: They have 2 high-chairs available and a large bathroom with a changing spot/crib for infants if needed. They also have a little play space for children to be entertained whilst dining.

Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair accessible. They have available wheelchair parking and there are no steps upon entry making it easy to get in the door. The bathroom is also wheelchair accessible with an automatic door and plenty of space.”

“I had learned about Edible Options from my daughter’s friend and I am forever grateful for it!!! I am horribly picky and opinionated about gluten free bread and bagels and baked goods, and for the first time ever I cannot complain. It was the most amazing experience. I visited on Sunday March 9th and I was so excited and overwhelmed and whomever I dealt with went above and beyond to help. Best bagels, bread, brownie and oatmeal toffee cookie I have ever had. Props to the crew person who was mortified to realize I heard the comment. It's always louder behind the counter than in front.

Aside from that. The staff were happy, they were productive, and helping each other out. They clearly like what they do, and it certainly shows in the service they provide.

“The other day I was dinning in and i had accidentally knocked my food onto the ground. The lady who was cleaning off tables instantly came over and swept up the mess. I went to the counter where I explained what happened and asked if it was possible to get more food. The manager Kay was great and got me a new meal with
in 2 minutes of talking with her. Thankful I didn't have to pay more or go hungry”

“The sourdough sandwiches are to die for. The crunchy yet spongy texture of the bread made every bite enjoyable. Also, their cakes and cookies were very good. Not overly sweet and you could taste the goodness. Also, the employees were very nice and helpful. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I will be returning again for more.”
