“Starbucks corporate, listen up. Closing all the stores around this location has overwhelmed this store. Limited to no parking, long line ups, 10 to 15 minutes to get my drink. It is bad for customers and unfair for the excellent crew at this location. The team and location are great, you should follow their lead: do better or this customer will go somewhere else.“

“I would really like to share my appreciation of Valentino‘s Nona and Celine have gone out of their way several times for us and our family the family atmosphere the food the caring and the great service are amazing. We tried it out for a family of 25 for Thanksgiving and it worked out very well. Then we ended up having a special event at the beginning of December and the staff were able to accommodate all of our needs the food was fresh ready on time easy pick up so we did it again at Christmas. It was very appreciative that we all got to spend this time if you’re together The meal, the cakes, the salad the pasta were amazing. “Great visit to Starbucks at the Pen Center! The service was friendly and efficient, and the coffee was spot on — just the way I like it. The space was clean and comfortable, perfect for a quick break or catching up with a friend.

One small suggestion: if you’re staying in, consider asking for a ceramic mug or glass instead of disposable cups — Mother Earth will thank you! A simple way to make a great experience even better.“

“The more I go to this one I admit it is starting to grow on me - not the coziest atmosphere like some smaller stores but they do a good job of trying to making you feel comfortable. There were even Easter eggs hidden around on Easter morning - nice touch.

Parking: Lots of parking but to get in the store you have to walk through the drive through line-up and even though there is a marking on the pavement to leave space for pedestrians I still find myself battling vehicles to get across to the front entryway.“

“Stopped at this location while visiting family in St. Catharines. I must say that being close friends with several franchise owners in Hamilton, and seeing the day in and out side of how stores run, as well as how customers and staff interact. I was extremely impressed with the service of this location considering that it was clearly their morning rush and they were getting slammed. Not once were any of the staff rude, or made me feel rushed, etc. They were all extremely professional and courteous, even asking if I needed anything else, while subtly trying to upsell the items of the month. I was especially impressed with the way the young lady that served me handled my order, and greeted me and every customer afterwards with a smile and upbeat positive attitude, very rarely do you see a student or young lady of that age that is clearly very respectful and professional, truly a credit to that stores owner and location. If I were corporate or up to me I would definitely reach out to this location and acknowledge this young lady’s positive representation of Tim Hortons and the quality and expectations the company expects from their employees, her name was Alyssa and as I have stated a credit to your company in all aspects. I will definitely be recommending this location to anyone I know passing through the area and this is all due to the exceptional service I received from this young lady. Great Job! Alyssa.
