“Stopped at this location while visiting family in St. Catharines. I must say that being close friends with several franchise owners in Hamilton, and seeing the day in and out side of how stores run, as well as how customers and staff interact. I was extremely impressed with the service of this location considering that it was clearly their morning rush and they were getting slammed. Not once were any of the staff rude, or made me feel rushed, etc. They were all extremely professional and courteous, even asking if I needed anything else, while subtly trying to upsell the items of the month. I was especially impressed with the way the young lady that served me handled my order, and greeted me and every customer afterwards with a smile and upbeat positive attitude, very rarely do you see a student or young lady of that age that is clearly very respectful and professional, truly a credit to that stores owner and location. If I were corporate or up to me I would definitely reach out to this location and acknowledge this young lady’s positive representation of Tim Hortons and the quality and expectations the company expects from their employees, her name was Alyssa and as I have stated a credit to your company in all aspects. I will definitely be recommending this location to anyone I know passing through the area and this is all due to the exceptional service I received from this young lady. Great Job! Alyssa.

“I work next door at Chapters and the ladies here are always super sweet! We always have a small chat even if its a little busy. Starbucks is very expensive but the experience is much better than Tims. My drinks (usually fraps) are always made perfectly and are some of the best Starbucks drinks I've had!“

“The more I go to this one I admit it is starting to grow on me - not the coziest atmosphere like some smaller stores but they do a good job of trying to making you feel comfortable. There were even Easter eggs hidden around on Easter morning - nice touch.

Parking: Lots of parking but to get in the store you have to walk through the drive through line-up and even though there is a marking on the pavement to leave space for pedestrians I still find myself battling vehicles to get across to the front entryway.“

Ordered a flat white (perfectly made) from a polite young man, and made by an equally polite young lady.

I commented how friendly and courteous (almost…) all Starbucks baristas are, not just at this location, but in almost every one I’ve been to.

“We ordered the Thanksgiving Family Meal and by far it was the most delicious Thanksgiving feast I’ve ever had. I’m typically not a turkey fan but this turkey was mouthwatering and had incredible flavour…don't even get me started on the stuffing?! Do yourself a favour and order from Valentinos, save yourself the headache and dirty dishes and impress your guests who will be talking about it months later. We’ll be ordering again because I haven’t stopped thinking about it.“

“I went in yesterday to order a Vente Strawberry Creme Frapp. There were two teenage girls standing in front of the counter. The barista guy called my name. I tried to get my drink. Those two wouldn't move. So the Batista guy handed me my drink away from the counter and told those two to stop blocking the counter. He said it in a demanding tone. Those girls stared at me as I got my drink and stared at me as I was leaving. The level of those two girls' respect is classless, selfish and ignorant. I really like the baristas there. They are nice, but they don't like customers being ignorant or above towards each other. Thank you for standing up for quiet people like me. I will continue coming here knowing I will always get great friendly service and Baristas who have my back❤🙂👍 Atmosphere is great when customers who are ignorant aren't there. Other than that, it's usually a pretty good experience.“
