“I’ve been going to this location for years and it never disappoints! Today I witnessed a girl be condescending and rude to the staff, and the staff handled it beautifully. She accused them of making her drink wrong. Personally I think the barista today was amazing, my drink was awesome! Very happy with my experience :)“
“Great visit to Starbucks at the Pen Center! The service was friendly and efficient, and the coffee was spot on — just the way I like it. The space was clean and comfortable, perfect for a quick break or catching up with a friend.
One small suggestion: if you’re staying in, consider asking for a ceramic mug or glass instead of disposable cups — Mother Earth will thank you! A simple way to make a great experience even better.“
“The more I go to this one I admit it is starting to grow on me - not the coziest atmosphere like some smaller stores but they do a good job of trying to making you feel comfortable. There were even Easter eggs hidden around on Easter morning - nice touch.
Parking: Lots of parking but to get in the store you have to walk through the drive through line-up and even though there is a marking on the pavement to leave space for pedestrians I still find myself battling vehicles to get across to the front entryway.“

Their drinks are perfectly on par with other Starbucks, and the staff are very good at following modifications consistently. Me and my girlfriend like to make changes to our beverages and this location has always followed our orders to a tee!“
“I was seeking for a coffee shop near by my kid’s tutoring class and would say that I had a wonderful experience! We arrived around 6:30 pm on a Wednesday, no line up and the lady at the counter was lovely, smiling and engaged to provide a good service. I think it’s all depends on timing. No complaints on my end.“
“Starbucks corporate, listen up. Closing all the stores around this location has overwhelmed this store. Limited to no parking, long line ups, 10 to 15 minutes to get my drink. It is bad for customers and unfair for the excellent crew at this location. The team and location are great, you should follow their lead: do better or this customer will go somewhere else.“
