“Stopped at this location while visiting family in St. Catharines. I must say that being close friends with several franchise owners in Hamilton, and seeing the day in and out side of how stores run, as well as how customers and staff interact. I was extremely impressed with the service of this location considering that it was clearly their morning rush and they were getting slammed. Not once were any of the staff rude, or made me feel rushed, etc. They were all extremely professional and courteous, even asking if I needed anything else, while subtly trying to upsell the items of the month. I was especially impressed with the way the young lady that served me handled my order, and greeted me and every customer afterwards with a smile and upbeat positive attitude, very rarely do you see a student or young lady of that age that is clearly very respectful and professional, truly a credit to that stores owner and location. If I were corporate or up to me I would definitely reach out to this location and acknowledge this young lady’s positive representation of Tim Hortons and the quality and expectations the company expects from their employees, her name was Alyssa and as I have stated a credit to your company in all aspects. I will definitely be recommending this location to anyone I know passing through the area and this is all due to the exceptional service I received from this young lady. Great Job! Alyssa.

“This new location is my favourite. It’s right on my way to and from work and so it’s super convenient and I was happy to see it open. The customer service here has been above and beyond. I always order a steeped tea and every time I do the gentleman tells me he’s making a fresh pot. He is super sweet and I would definitely choose this location over others. I never really get food so I can’t comment on that but everything else is 10/10.“

He had the wrap already being made by him before I ordered, I received my coffee, which out of the Tim's I visit you guys always do a extremely excellent job making the coffee, rich in flavor and wasn't bland like my morning coffee (different Tim's clearly :).) “I recently visited this Tim Hortons location and tried their new pizza along with a classic Boston Cream donut. The food was delicious—both the pizza and the donut were fresh and satisfying. But what really stood out during my visit was the excellent customer service. The cashier was incredibly patient and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. In the afternoons, Alina always serves me- she's always kind at the window and provides great service. I don't think i've ever had any error in my orders/mods at this location. “Hmm well Tim hortons job is really hard as too busy mostly but customers also spend their $ would be nice if atleast staff say hi when taking order- most of the staff really good and very pleasant but 1/2 time staff was stressed may be and seems like do not want to take my order. “This store is always very busy as its the only one in the Fourth Avenue corridor. The cafe is usually very clean although the odd time they have been so busy that the staff didn't get a chance to clean tables or empty garbage receptacles. The staff give very efficient service. One of the managers goes out of her way to help customers. I had one small issue a few months ago with a drink and she replaced it without question or charge. When I'm in this part of the city, I usually stop in.“

No communication of any kind for several minutes after we came up to the counter. A simple "Hello, we'll be right with you", with a smile, would be recommended.“

“Had to wait for food. Missed cream cheese on a bagel. Argued over whether we received our bagel or not and could see we didn't. Could here them accusing each other in the back who made it and who didn't. They have made the customer eating area much smaller. Kitchen area much larger but hasn't helped with the speed of processing orders. So many errors on orders.
Parking: Tight parking area right out the doors. Limited accessible parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: No accessible seating. Major code violation.“

Patty and the morning staff are always pleasant, efficient and caring. Never been through and not asked how I am that day. Patty makes a point to remember me and my order, she's truly a delight and the reason why I keep coming back.
The evening staff need to be shadowing some day shifts to see how its done. There is a gentleman who often works nights, but never wears a name tag so I don't know his name. He hasn't once given me correct change when I've paid cash, doesn't understand penny rounding even though the computer should tell him how much to give me and is often overwhelmed with only 2 coffees and a bagel. Very scattered. And he never closes the register drawer after cashing me out, just so Management is aware. I know yall read this stuff. Maybe thats why he messes up penny rounding, because maybe he's not using the register properly? 6 and 7 round down, 8 and 9 round up. But he didn't understand what I meant.
Anyway, Patty and her days crew are amazing. Keep up the amazing work, dear. I appreciate your wonderful customer service and the way you conduct yourself and your staff.“
