“My favorite winery in Niagara on the lake. It’s not only a beautiful organic farm but the owner is present and so passionate about each wine you’re tasting. He sat down with us the last two times when we were visiting. Love the Chardonnay, rose and sparkling wines offered. Always one of my stops when I’m in the NOTL region. “We have been to many different tasting menu restaurants and Pearl Morissette is BY FAR our best experience yet. The food, the service, the pairing (and yes, they have a non alcoholic pairing!) From start to finish, we absolutely LOVED our whole experience. A huge thanks to our amazing server Stephanie ! She was kind, friendly and super fun as well as knowing everything that needed to be known about the menu, the history of the place, where the knives come from ! “Came here on a bachelorette wine tour and the service was great! Did a great job explaining the wines and our pairing with popcorn was awesome. Only downfall was that our guests who were gluten free struggled a bit with the food on the pairing, so if you are celiac be mindful of that! Overall, a good experience.“

“We absolutely love Pilliteri. We attended again for the region’s Chocolate and Wine Discovery Pass, and we were serviced by Supreen. She made us feel welcomed and greeted us with a smile. She was very knowledgeable on the pairing and the different wines we were interested in. We ended up buying 6 bottles, but their wines are fabulous. Well worth the money. Later on in the evening, we went back for pizza and more wine. It was the perfect ending for our long day.“

“Really personable establishment with a beautiful atmosphere. We sat out on the patio and tried a couple flights of wine that we chose, which is great as a lot of wineries really limit what you can choose. Our fave was the Viognier.

I've always been looking for local Ontario wines that are not in the LCBO, and Alvento has some of the best small batch wines. My fav is their new Sauvignon Blanc, and it's just so refreshing and easy drinking. I will have to come back here again.“

“Stopped here for the first time yesterday morning. My knowledge of wine is there is red, white, and pink... so I feel intimidated walking into wineries. Not Flat Rock! The crew at the door as we walked in were very cool and very down-to-earth making the experience relaxing, enjoyable and somewhat educational without feeling judged! Here's where it gets even better. My wife sorts out what flight she wants and when it came my turn I said I didn't really know, I'm more of a beer drinker! "We have beer"! We have choices from Shawn & Ed Brewing Co. in Dundas (LagerShed Original is very good). This was the icing on the cake, now they had 2 very happy visitors. Thank you for a great experience, the location is quite stunning. My wife, Les really enjoys your wines and the beer rolled you to the top of the visit list when we're back in the area.“

“I went there for the wine tasting at the end of a tour.
I really enjoyed it. We got to taste white and red wine, as well as icewine. The staff explained a bit about each one and specially about icewine.
The store has a lot of interesting products,I just wished they had a smaller bottle of icewine, so I could take it home on my carry on luggage.“

“My wife and I stopped for a wine & charcuterie board lunch at Niagara Custom Crush Studio and had a great visit. The charcuterie board was excellent, we both enjoyed our wines (she chose a Stoney Ridge Chardonnay, while I had the Unscripted Cabernet Merlot) and the setting in their gardens was beautiful.

Because it's a virtual winery with multiple winemakers selling out of their retail store, it has a large & diverse selection of wines.

All the staff were very professional, and I have to note that I had a unique shipping request for the wines I purchased and they accommodated that request without any pushback.

“I don't even know where to begin. My wedding this past weekend was held in the back of the vineyard at the HEW Park. Our dinner & dance reception was in a gorgeous white tented space with a stunning outdoor ceremony backdrop of mature trees and white hydrangeas, and an outdoor stage space, perfect for our cocktail hour. With our first-look, and sunset photos down a woodsy path to the harbour, I couldn't have imagined anything more beautiful!
This venue served nothing but the most immaculate vibes!

Cassie and her team were nothing short of outstanding and did the most with helping me create the day of my dreams! Communication was excellent, the catering through the venue was incredible (We still have guests messaging us about how amazing dinner was), and the flow of everything was stress-free. The chats back and forth to accommodate last minute changes, and discussing how we can take what was in my brain, and put it out in the real world was easy, and took away a lot of pre-wedding-day-stress!

Oh, and the wine was great! I had the Pinot Grigio, and LOVED it!

I went back to pick up some items that I couldn't fit in my first trip, and realized that this space is definitely a new happy place!

“This was our first time there and wow you guys set a very high standard. Our wine specialist, Anya (not sure if I spelled it correctly) was just fabulous. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. We walked way with 9 bottles to share the experience with our family. Highly recommended this place.“

“This was my second experience at Trius restaurant. We went for our anniversary this time and really enjoyed ourselves. The food is excellent and they are on the Michelin guide for a reason. I didn’t like that the bread and butter wasn’t included considering with tip and wine, this was like a $400 meal already. It was also served in a plant pot for some reason. My husband got the duck appetizer and I got the ice wine beets. He had the halibut, and I had the Cornish hen. And dessert, he had the blueberry cheesecake and I had the peach pavlova. Both appetizers were very good, the peach pavlova I think was better, but the Cornish hen was the dish of the night. Wow it was so good! Our server was very lovely, and I thought the staff was very impressive coming out with each dish and explaining every component with every course. Overall it was a great experience, and we would consider returning on another trip to NOTL.“

“Konzelmann Winery in Niagara on the Lake is absolutely beautiful! The view from the upstairs area is impressive. You can see the vineyards and the lake, making it the perfect spot to relax and take it all in. Their peach wine slushies are also amazing! Refreshing, fun, and perfect for a warm day. Cute little backyard area to sit. It's definitely worth a visit!“

“Beautiful winery/distillery. The wine is excellent and the food is great. The serving sizes are generous. All of the staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

It is tough to stand out in NOTL with all of the excellent wineries in the area but, Wayne Gretzky's winery manages to anyway.
