“First time there. My daughter had the Smokey Eggplant Curry and it was outstanding, I had the Smoked Salmon with Goat Cheese which was incredible. The service is out of this world, and the atmosphere is delightful! If there were ten stars to give, The Lighthouse would surely deserve that.“

My husband and I eat at zappi's every March and October as we run a marriage program and usually have 10 people at dinner and have never had an issue with food or service. Yesterday however service was great but when I received my calzone, it had red peppers in it which I didn't order. So the waitress took it back and had another one made for me and gave me 50% off. I did order another one for takeout and as I went to eat it today for dinner, It has green mushrooms in it, which I cannot eat as it affects my stomach. I was so looking forward to my calzone and now I am disappointed I cannot eat it.“

A post is circulating all over North America at this point out the fact you baked a rubber glove into a pizza and when the customer called, you refused to deal with it and correct the problem and instead told them to never call again! “We are from out of town, we needed something to feed the kids quick and didn't want McDonald's. We ordered ahead and they double checked to make sure we knew they were in Niagara. We were able to pick up on our way out of town and eat. The kids were happy and even finished the left over pizza for breakfast the next day. This will be our go to when we are in town visiting family.“

Loved the option that the pizza could be cooked extra no other restaurant app has this and adding the tip for the driver made things much easier as well when I paid online - loved this. “Jay went above and beyond for me. I go to this location fairly often to order a personal cheese pizza for lunch. I parked my truck and took my time heading into the store. When I went to the counter to order, Jay had already prepared it and put it in the oven. I only waited for two minutes to receive my pizza. Great job being proactive, Jay. It's the little things that matter.“

“So this is my first time going to this establishment. The person that waited on me was wonderful. My only complaint is that the person that waited on someone after me took their money with gloves on and then handled their food with the same gloves on. They were about to handle my food next but I completely put a stop to that. I think they'll remember not to do that
