“Beautiful campy British decor, great service. I had the Mac and Cheez which was excellent with thick bacon and tonnes of cheez. We were on the patio which was nice, just noisy, being so close to the road with rush hour traffic. Still, I'm very happy to have eaten there and will again.“

“I like taking my daughter to the Barley Mow (stittsville is our go to but almonte is a favorite drive)... We went tonight. Dinner for 2 plus 2 non alcoholic drinks (I was driving us) came to $44 taxes in. We go there all the time so I gave a nice tip. The owner/manager and staff are amazing. And the new menu *(after covid limited menu) is really fantastic. We are trying something new every time. Tonight I tried chicken tacos and she had a huge bowl of poutine. Both were amazing. Deffo recommended! (Unfortunately I couldn't get a pic of the dishes, my phone was near dead and I needed it to pay as I forgot my purse but they then charged my phone for me!!)“

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife and I decided to take our twin girls out for a relaxed lunch at The British Pub in Aylmer, and it ended up being a wonderful experience from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we were welcomed by a cozy, comfortable atmosphere that felt perfect for a family outing. The service was truly outstanding — warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel like valued guests the entire time. Our server was great with the kids, too, which we really appreciated. Our food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. Everything was perfectly cooked and full of flavour — exactly what we were hoping for. The portions were generous and reasonably priced, making this an even better value for a family lunch. The relaxed, easygoing vibe made it a perfect spot for parents who just want to enjoy a tasty meal and spend some quality time together without any stress. We left The British Pub feeling full, happy, and eager to come back. Definitely a great place to enjoy good food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!“
