“I frequently come to this location. The food is fresh, the store is clean, and all the staff are so friendly and patient (I would say except perhaps the old woman, she tends to be crankier.) I often get recommendations and leave trying something new a lot. There's a young lady who works there, is there almost all the time (I'm convinced she lives there at this rate lol) She is Phenominal. She is kind, always makes nice conversation with me and is very fast. She always gets the line through quickly so I never have to worry about missing time on my lunch breaks. There's a reason why this is my favoutie location in the area!“

“Right from the entrance, cheechos had my attention. the decor is modern and welcoming, I walked in and was greeted by not only friendly owners but also great customers. the menu had me drooling trying to decide on what to try, I choose the cheechos original sandwich and I was not disappointed! it was literally a perfect sandwich. i noted to myself that the restaurant was very clean, right down to the baseboards. great job cheechos! I didn’t catch his name but about 10 mins of us being there another gentleman showed up to help him and he was also awesome as well.. he came in and seemed irritated a little bit but that’s very understandable due to the circumstances, did offer to give us a refill on our drinks so that was nice :) . This gentleman in the picture absolutely deserves a raise for how hard he was working!“

“Finally made it back to Spy's after more than a decade. Have very fond memories of the Riverside location. Today I ordered my old usual, Chicken Caesar Pita and a Smoothie (with raspberries not banana). Was very pleased the meal was exactly the same - delicious. Hopefully I will be back soon.“

The bread and produce were fresh and prepared with care.
He made my nieces’ sandwiches with patience while they changed their mind multiple times. He was smiling the whole time and made their order perfectly to their desire.

“I had a really good experience at Subway in Windsor. The staff were friendly and worked quickly, even when it was a bit busy. My sandwich was made exactly how I wanted it, and everything tasted fresh, especially the vegetables. The restaurant itself was clean and well organized, which made it a nice place to eat. Overall, it’s a great spot if you want something fast, tasty, and affordable. I would definitely come back again!“

“Very good service, the cashier Latisha is always very helpful and has a positive attitude and always greets you with a smile and asks how is your day. Out of all the subway locations in the city this one is the best. Great service, Fresh Food and a comfortable Atmosphere to eat.“

“Christina is very sweet and directed me to Ann to help me when the Subway app was giving misinformation and wouldn't let me order a specific sub indicating the store was our of stock for one of the meats when it wasn't. Am was wonderful and made sure we got exactly what we needed and helped me find a way to put the order through online and still get the benefit of my points as well as redeeming my cash reward on my account. She bent over backwards to please us.
Last month Christina made our subs and went out of her way as well to go above and beyond. They are so pleasant and do whatever they can to please the customer. We went out of our way to specifically come to the Essex location because of this.
The place was nice and clean and the food was fresh and delicious!

“Hands down the best Subway in a 10 mile radius. They weren't stingy on use of ingredients like the others in Grosse Pointe and unlike the one on Harper they got the order right first try instead of hallucinating a whole different sandwich even on the remake. Also seem like good eggs behind the counter :D“

I took a Sweet Onion Teriyaki bowl here and made the mistake of taking habanero cheese (I usually take this for subs). I later realized that they can’t melt it again, so I asked them if they can keep some shredded cheese and they have given me without extra charge. The person infront of me was taking some cookies and I could see that the staff were giving recommendations which shows their dedication towards the customers.

The food was very well prepared and the staff was welcoming as well. These are the small things that make a difference in experience (sometimes can even make someone’s day). I was served by Archie.“

“i attended the highschool near by and i come here almost every day on break. the ladies i see here are so kind and i can tell they make their subs with love and attention to detail. i get the same sub every time and every time it is immaculate. the service is good, fast and clean! (it’s not common to see all three lol) i’m typically in and out in 5 minutes, which i greatly appreciate since i have limited time on my lunch break. like i said the subs are amazing everytime as well the cookies are always cooked to perfection! i greatly appreciate the ladies who work here for making my lunch break just a bit better!!“
