They are also very friendly.And if there is a new food I have not eaten before, they are willing to have me try to taste before I decide to buy some.“

“I have been to several locations. Fairview, Markville, Eaton Centre, STC, and to be honest, they all have different flavor. Some locations cook their dish by Filipino style, some in Chinese cuisine style etc. Among all locations, Promenade location carries the best flavor. The owner and the food handlers have been their for long time and the flavor never changed. This location is must-go place. Other locations are just 1-2 stars tbh. GO TO PROMENADE BOURBON St.GRILL LOCATION. PLEASE TRUST MEEEEE. YOU WILL NEVER REGRET.“

“We came on Wednesday around 1 pm. It was not too busy and surprisingly in most restaurants the less customers the worse the service gets so we were really delighted when we had food and service which was 10 out of 10. Our server was Zoran and he gave us maximum level attention and care. Our food, I ordered wings and fries and my friend ordered chicken sandwich and fries, was hot and delicious. Our desserts were delightful. Thank you very much, Zoran for your excellent service and thanks to the chefs for the great Swiss Chalet food. It was a perfect dining experience and we are both so grateful.“

“We truly enjoyed a leisurely lunch today at Kelsey's Richmond Hill. We need to give a lot of the credit and thanks to our server, Sarah, who was always there when we needed her. She provided us with some excellent suggestions for food and drinks as well as impeccable service coming from a warm and friendly person. While my wife was thoroughly enjoying a cup of tea and a hearty soup with salad and a sandwich, I was just beside myself with every bite of the mushroom melt burger. The burger and fries were prepared and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend that you try this burger, especially if you love mushrooms. Treat yourself. I was also introduced to a delicious refreshing beer called Muskoka Pineapple Ninja. I've never seen it before and it appears that if I can't find anywhere else I'll have to go back. All in all, this was a perfect afternoon. Also, we have promised ourselves that we are going to do this again next week.“

“Always order from this Swiss Chalet and food and service is always consistent. I do have to say that the food tastes good in general, but the taste is 5x better when you dine-in, especially since you eat it right when it’s hot.

We got the chicken and third rack ribs, quarter chicken dinner with coleslaw, side of seasoned fries, 10 bbq wings, chicken broccoli & cheddar soup, and a shirley temple. Everything was cooked perfectly and super juicy and delicious!! We used to always get the chicken, but their other dishes are equally as good! Their chicken tenders and chicken pot pie are also amazing. Prices for drinks and desserts are super affordable as well. They have bottomless drinks which makes it even more worth getting!

Plenty of seating that’s perfect for families big and small. Service is always great at this location as well. Highly recommend!

“Since long time twice a week I go to this location at 2148 Queen street east. They are very welcoming, courteous. Take out-dlivery-dining their service always fast. The fries are really crispy, I love their juicy chicken. This is one of the cleanest restaurant in the city. The manager are very friendly and caring. My kids love to be there always. I will definitely suggest my friends to go this location.“

He was very down to earth and apologize about the situation and gave us a free dessert ? ? plus a small discount on the food.

“Our all time favorite family restaurant! Kids love to come after church every Sunday and their food is always fresh and delicious. Best of all, kids eat free Sat & Sun.

To add: I accidentally left my purse in the restaurant yesterday when having lunch with my friends during Christmas holiday and I didn’t realize this until a day later. I called and described my purse and they have it safe and sound this whole time. I can’t appreciate enough about the restaurant and the friendly staff there. This is truly a Christmas miracle and so Canadian! I will keep coming back with my family and friends!“

“I dropped by for my birthday on Sunday. I must say that I truly enjoyed my meal. The ribs were soft and full of flavor and the drinks were nice. Shout big out and Thank you to my server,Nia, his customer service was on par and excellent. Made sure that we got our meals on time and that everything was ok. I will definitely be visiting again.“

“Amazing level of service on one of their busiest days of the year (Thanksgiving Day) with the house full and line up at the door. Line moved amazingly fast, service was quick, accurate, personable, and preparation of meals were perfect! Even with careful accommodation for my gluten allergy. I don't know how they managed to pull off that level of service with every table in the house filled. VERY impressive!

“Overall a good experience. Food is always outstanding. Service was a little bit lacking. Obviously it was a very busy night for them, so I'll let it slide that it took 30 minutes to bring starter salads. My issue was that we made a reservation 2 weeks in advance for 6:15. We arrived at 6:10 and were told to wait a few minutes for the table to be cleared. At 6:40 (25 mins after we arrived), a larger party than ours that came in after us and did not have a reservation was seated. I questioned the manager who was seating people and he had no idea who I was. He did apologize and give us the next table (in the bar) however. The table was a bit cramped and I was not impressed that our reservation was forgotten even after checking in, but otherwise the experience was ok. Food is always excellent which is the most important part.“

“My son and I picked up lunch today. We had coupons but the waitress said that we could have the Tuesday special and keep our coupons for another day. The service was quick and the food was delicious. We took it home and ate there. We will surely come back soon.“
