“Came here for my birthday and ordered 3 ice cream waffles ($10 each) to share with 6 people. We ordered the sweet waffles which were nice and soft. It was enough for everyone, was delicious and was nice for photos. The restaurant had an overall nice vibe and is a nice hangout spot.“

“Service is horrendous. Arrived at Thomson Plaza outlet at 2.30pm, only to be told by the staff that she is having her lunch break till 3pm. Fair enough, workers need rest too. I came back to the outlet at 3.01pm, only to find the counter unmanned. The staff finally returned at 3.10pm, only for her to say she is not ready to serve and will need another 10 minutes to be ready to even start taking orders. Obviously, I walked off without an order because I can't wait one hour just for an egglet. Amazing how the chain can survive with sales like this.“

“love love love the service here. best place to go with your family and friends— everyone is always satisfied :) plus, they always play good music, so the wait flies by. ive been here a couple times, but today brought in two family members to try it for the first time. the kind man working today was so helpful and patient helping them pick their orders, providing recommendations along the way. his little gestures made our day. and of course, most importantly, the waffles and smoothies are absolutely delicious!!!! 10/10 experiences all around ❤️Kid-friendliness: so helpful and kind“

“Upon arrival we were greeted and as we've never been there before the cashier he took time to express the specials, regularly ordered options and was SUPER friendly. The food was flavourful and fresh. Small seating area but well worth the wait. Their options for sides were fantastic from cheese fries, to seasoned fries, wedges and coleslaw to name a few. Bathroom needs some TLC (however, that's a patrons issue. Businesses can only do so much). Overall experience was a 5..I'll definitely be back with my kids.“
“During my recent Canada trip, this was on the first day here so I was still jet lagged AFTER visiting a museum and needed something cold and also to get some more coffee. I went here on a Monday around 2:57pm and there wasn't really anyone else here so there was no wait at when I went. This place sells both the typical icecream flavors, boozy icecream, and also coffee too which I thought was cool, so I knew I had to try it! I knew I needed a quick burst of energy after a long day of traveling, so I was so glad when I found out I could get my iced coffee here too. Anyways, we both got the Double Scoop Cup with a cake cone! One with the Mint Chip icecream and the other cup with the Moon Mist & Raspberry Lemon-Lime Sorbet icecream flavors. I also got an Iced Mocha too, which was good. I'd recommend this place! All of the icecream flavors tasted good and I liked how unique that place and those flavors are. Next time I visit, I'll probably try their boozy flavors.“

“We went here for the first time to try their Haiianese chicken and it is one of the most tender and perfectly cooked chicken we had. The chicken is complementing the sauce, soup, and everything is a very pleasant experience. The chicken has a perfect almost gelatinous texture to it. For the price, it may not seem a lot but it was so filling there are two boneless chicken stacked on each other and you can also ask for a refill for the soup and the sauces. Will definitely come back to try their other menus.“
“This is one of the best waffle houses I’ve been too, they had amazing staff who provide us with amazing service, I love how they aren’t stingy with how they make the waffles, I had gotten custard and they had filled it up nicely.
