I have to say I couldn't believe the amount of patience and smiles the staff all had. They had a huge line in the Drivethru and we decided to come in the store to order, and I have to say the staff were all smiles and so much patience considering the rush they had.

“Popped in this past Friday after seeing a review and we were not disappointed! The veal parmigiana is amazing! 2 pieces of veal alongside penne cooked just perfect and the sauce? Like I remember it as a child 🍝 This little gem is amazing must try! Can’t wait to go back!“

“Food was great, although serve was very slow and at times non-existent though I guess they must be short staffed. ordered $17 waffles only to see no whip cream and after hounding down a waiter was told there was none. I mean, if that's the case, fine. But don't just walk away and hope we dont notice. let us know. offer a discount or add extra fruit aside from the 2 strawberry and 5 blueberries. like do anything!“

“I think this may be my first time ever leaving a review for a Tim Hortons, or fast food establishment. But I just had an absolutely amazing experience at this location so I simply had to. I was served by the absolute gem of a barista - Angel. His customer service skills were definitely 11/10! He surpassed my expectations and created a sort of pattern interrupt for the usual lack lustre coffee shop customer service I am used to receiving. He was super friendly, smiley and super easy to talk to. He was training a new employee at the time of my visit and had such a bubbly and cheery presence to him. He was very patient as he explained how to redeem a donut prize that I won through the app from the previous Roll Up season to his new colleague. He still ensured all of my questions were answered and gave out standing customer service. He even congratulated me on my win - such a nice touch. He was lovely and should be considered a strong asset to your team. I am new to the area but would definitely choose this location above any other because of how genuine and sincere he is! Thanks for the great experience Angel!“

“This Tim hortons is way better than many others I have been to. They have everything I wanted and my two drinks were made very fast. I do want to say that I am giving this location a 4 stars but not based on the food but because of what I saw and heard while waiting in line. It was around 12 o clock and there was an older lady, I couldnt read her name well because she kept running around but I think it was Kalie or something with a K. There was a younger girl working with her but there was no communication. The way this older lady spoke to her felt so demeaning and rude that I did not want to be in her presence any longer than 5 minutes. She kept yelling random things and running around, she was going to take my order than talking in between to the other workers or the other people in line. Just blatantly being rude to me and to the other person alongside her. I am unsure if she is a manager, but if she is I would demote her as quick as possible! You do not speak to anyone in that type of tone, especially at a customer service job.“

Smiling and just a great attitude as a whole. I work close by so im here 6 days a week x2 sometimes x3. I am surprised she isn't a manager or atleast a supervisor.
