“Stopped in at the restaurant a few times as I was in town staying at the hotel, and overall had a good time! Food was great every time, loved the French dip and all the breakfast items.

The real downfall is it seems they are under staffed. Each time I went, their was either one or two servers, who got everything I needed and did fine, just took a lot longer than I was anticipating as the restaurant was near empty each time I went in. I understand it is slow season, but it just felt like they were missing half the time. Some nights it was on point, but overall I felt like they were overworked with not enough staff.

If you aren’t in a rush and want some good food at good prices, you should make a stop. Just be prepared to wait!“

“The atmosphere was calming, cozy and the staff welcomed us with smiles on their faces and all of them were very pleasant. The meal came in timely manner and presented well! We had spaghetti and lazagna and both were delicious. Our server Amanda was friendly, warm, and came to our table at least 6 times to check up on us if we needed antything else or to take our dishes away. Other staff members helped her and she helped other and to clear the tables they all helped each other and they were done fast and efficient. We would definitely go again. The dessert was sooooo good that it melted in our mouths.“

We ordered the sausage pizza and they were so accommodating to add mushrooms as requested with fresh arugula too!! The tiramisu was amazing and we loved tasting the rum from the lady fingers, truly authentic recipe, not too sweet, just perfect!! The meatballs, salads, and ohh my!! The calamari was my best ever compared to many other I had this one is exceptional!!“

The food was fresh, full of flavour, and somehow even better than what we experienced at our tasting, which we didn’t think was possible! The desserts were absolutely fabulous, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about the food.

The team was fast, efficient, and incredibly organized. They beautifully set up every station, and the late-night taco and churro stations were a huge hit with our reception guests. It was such a fun addition to the evening and everyone loved it.

Overall, this is hands down the best catering company we’ve ever worked with. “I was excited to try the orecchiette pasta but I forgot to mention I have a nut allergy, so it came with the hazelnut sprinkle. I was so sad lol but I tried a bit of the pasta that didn't have nuts on it and tbh it was really bland... I ended up sharing the shrimp pasta with a friend and that was really good and flavourful albeit extremely oily. The prosciutto pizza (forgot the name) was tasty but it's a pretty basic combination of toppings/nothing special. I enjoyed the crispy thin crust but some of my friends didn't like it since they like thick crust better. Overall it was pretty average here. It's a bit pricy but the servings are quite large and we had to carb load prior to our marathon last weekend. The service was very slow and nothing extraordinary.“

“We were staying at the Sheraton but decided to come to The Brock for breakfast, thinking it would be a more relaxing and quieter experience. So happy we did! The restaurant is beautiful and classy, with gorgeous views of both falls. The ambiance and crowd here were much calmer and we didn’t get rushed out. The buffet has standard breakfast fare, as well as an omelet station and Belgian waffles.

Pamela, our server, came over frequently to fill our coffee and check if our kids needed anything. She even grabbed syrup from the buffet for us so we didn’t have to get up again. Great service and ambiance here!“

My husband and I eat at zappi's every March and October as we run a marriage program and usually have 10 people at dinner and have never had an issue with food or service. Yesterday however service was great but when I received my calzone, it had red peppers in it which I didn't order. So the waitress took it back and had another one made for me and gave me 50% off. I did order another one for takeout and as I went to eat it today for dinner, It has green mushrooms in it, which I cannot eat as it affects my stomach. I was so looking forward to my calzone and now I am disappointed I cannot eat it.“

I experienced the Black and Blue pasta. Simply delectable. Last night we returned for an early Valentine’s Day dinner. This time I could not resist the Steak Gorgonzola. So incredibly decadent, so delicious. My wife had the Penne Alfredo with Lobster and Crab. Also a beautifully presented dish that was delicious. The Caesar salad is definitely worth the upgrade too. “The Hidden Gem of Welland. We have been going to the Wings Block on King St for over a year now and have never been disappointed. Just got home from a late lunch there. Everything we ordered came beautifully presented, all of our food was fresh and tasted great. Our server Roxanne rounded out a great afternoon. At first it was a tiny take out and now a beautiful restaurant with wonderful full service, comfortable seating, lots of tv’s to watch the game, and a full delicious menu! If you’re travelling down Hwy 20 on your way to or from Niagara Falls, it is a must to stop here.We just ordered a couple of half baked to take back to Brant County where we now live. “My wife and I got Pasta Fresca to cater our wedding. Where to I even begin? The food that they made was so delicious that I may have over ate just a little too much. Lol After talking to multiple of my guests I wasn’t the only one. Everyone had nothing but good things to say about the meal they provided for us for our wedding. The staff was friendly and did a great job at serving our guests. They were very accommodating for little kids and people with allergies that needed alterations to the food provided.
