“Stopped in at the restaurant a few times as I was in town staying at the hotel, and overall had a good time! Food was great every time, loved the French dip and all the breakfast items.

The real downfall is it seems they are under staffed. Each time I went, their was either one or two servers, who got everything I needed and did fine, just took a lot longer than I was anticipating as the restaurant was near empty each time I went in. I understand it is slow season, but it just felt like they were missing half the time. Some nights it was on point, but overall I felt like they were overworked with not enough staff.

If you aren’t in a rush and want some good food at good prices, you should make a stop. Just be prepared to wait!“

“The atmosphere was calming, cozy and the staff welcomed us with smiles on their faces and all of them were very pleasant. The meal came in timely manner and presented well! We had spaghetti and lazagna and both were delicious. Our server Amanda was friendly, warm, and came to our table at least 6 times to check up on us if we needed antything else or to take our dishes away. Other staff members helped her and she helped other and to clear the tables they all helped each other and they were done fast and efficient. We would definitely go again. The dessert was sooooo good that it melted in our mouths.“

The staff is super friendly, and Matteo was ensuring that all of his customers were enjoying their experience. I always recommend Matteo's to people and I will continue to do so.“

My white and I came here on a date night, put money aside for the most fantastic Italian dinner we've ever had, and it was well worth the $275 plus a well earned $50 tip. If you're feeling classy, this is definitely the place to come. My wife and I will be doing date night here again.“

“This is traditional contadina food, just like back in Abruzzo Italy if you don't like this type of food then don't go but trust me it's worth going once in our guarantee you'll be back I've been a few times and I love it and I keep going friends family in my wife Feliciano is a very nice person full of heart joy and happiness and he'll even sit with you and chat which is very good and just talk about anything thanks for everything I definitely recommend this place for either breakfast or lunch as they close at 2:00 p.m. but if you walked in at 1:30 he'll stay open past that just to make you happy lol. forza Abruzzo forza introdaqua.“

We are eight days post-wedding, and my husband and I are still in absolute awe of M.J. Ingribelli. They catered our intimate wedding, and from the very start of cocktail hour until our final exit, the service was nothing short of superb.
What makes their performance even more incredible is that they catered our entire event from a side yard to a backyard they had never stepped foot in before. Despite working in an unfamiliar space, they executed everything flawlessly. The place settings were beautiful, and the staff maintained warm smiles into the evening though hot after a morning storm. They were amazing at working the crowd and took exceptional care of the people who matter most to us. We have received nothing but compliments from our guests about the service staff and grub!
The food was spectacular. If you are booking them, you absolutely must get the chicken parm and the brisket [failed to get photos because it was soo good]—both are total chef’s kiss! Our guests also couldn't stop talking about the cheesecake, which we were told was absolutely divine.

My husband and I eat at zappi's every March and October as we run a marriage program and usually have 10 people at dinner and have never had an issue with food or service. Yesterday however service was great but when I received my calzone, it had red peppers in it which I didn't order. So the waitress took it back and had another one made for me and gave me 50% off. I did order another one for takeout and as I went to eat it today for dinner, It has green mushrooms in it, which I cannot eat as it affects my stomach. I was so looking forward to my calzone and now I am disappointed I cannot eat it.“

I experienced the Black and Blue pasta. Simply delectable. Last night we returned for an early Valentine’s Day dinner. This time I could not resist the Steak Gorgonzola. So incredibly decadent, so delicious. My wife had the Penne Alfredo with Lobster and Crab. Also a beautifully presented dish that was delicious. The Caesar salad is definitely worth the upgrade too. I’m a bit of a pizza nut and although some of the other “go-to’s” around here are pretty good, THIS hit all the check marks I’ve been looking for.
