“I work in the area and after closing I stopped by for dinner and for a Monday night they seemed very busy. kush who was behind the counter was swamped with orders but she was still very polite to me and my coworkers. “The person serving me I think her name was Tina was really nice and food arrived in I think a minute or two so 5 stars for that because usually I get it in 5-8 minutes at other restaurants. The table I was sitting on was clean and had a charger plug beside it which was really great since my phone was at 1% and needed some quick food. “I’m currently at this Popeyes location and wanted to share both a frustrating experience and a positive one.

I tried to order the online deal (10-piece chicken, 2 sides, and 5 biscuits), but I kept getting an error message asking me to try a different credit card. I attempted the purchase multiple times using two different credit cards, but it still wouldn’t go through. I was told it might be due to network issues, so I even left the mall to get a better connection and tried again—unfortunately, the same issue persisted.

It was quite frustrating, especially since this deal is advertised as an online pickup-only offer.

That said, I want to sincerely thank Prabesh for the excellent customer service. He was kind, understanding, and did his best to help. He even honoured the offer despite mentioning that it was no longer showing as valid in his system and that doing so could potentially get him in trouble. That level of care and willingness to help really stood out.

I hope Popeyes takes a closer look at their app and payment system to prevent situations like this in the future. It takes away from the customer experience when online deals can’t actually be accessed.
