“A lot of popeyes locations are hit or miss apparently, I figured that out when I tell people about my love for popeyes from other areas, and then when I tried other locations. This location is great, the chicken is always well seasoned and cooked well. Even if I am closer to a different popeyes location I go out of my way to come here instead for quality.“

“I’ve had consistently positive experiences at this Jollibee location. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and takes the time to make sure every order is correct.
A special shoutout to Sheelah, who happily took my order with a smile the entire time, it really made my visit enjoyable. I’d also like to recognize the female manager (I believe) who was working on July 23. She patiently opened every glass tumbler for customers who purchased one so they could inspect it for any damage. I’m sure it wasn’t the most exciting task, but she handled it with such a positive attitude and a smile on her face.
Despite being a very busy location, the restaurant is clean, organized, and you can tell the staff works incredibly hard. I’ve become a big fan of Jollibee’s chicken sandwiches and spaghetti. I’d highly recommend this location for both the great food and the outstanding customer service.“

“Posted 5 star last year and again in 2026, awesome fried chicken, super friendly staff, and they do business the right way. Location on McCowan & Buroak horrible, charges HST on items less than $4 and allowed only 1 transaction/person on the summer promo where ad states 2/person.“

“Wow! I never knew this Popeyes on Military Trail was open 24 hours. What a pleasant surprise! The chicken was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. I'll definitely be coming back!“

“The chicken is extra crispy, juicy, big pieces, and the spicy has a nice kick. Mashed potatoes and gravy were good. Wish they had mac & cheese. So much better than KFC. Better than Popeye’s. Went at 6pm on Nov. 24. The counter staff were very nice and friendly. Looking forward to returning. Please open one in Hamilton!“

“Food was great and my order came out really fast, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience at the cash register wasn’t pleasant. The cashier had a rude attitude while taking my order and it made me feel unwelcome. Customer service is just as important as the food, so I hope this can be improved because the food itself was excellent.“
“AMAZING! I had these chicken wings at New Year's Party and had to find out where they were from. SUPER happy with my own order. They're fully cooked which means they heat up super quickly (and I don't have to worry about undercooking) which is SO convenient. Sauce is great and plentiful, but the price point is even better and cannot be beat.“

“Hands down, one of the best fried chicken places -- and it's HALAL!
Every meal is made fresh, to order so there is a bit of a wait but I prefer freshly fried chicken anyway. Juicy on the inside, crunchy on the outside.
We ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, chicken fries, flaming fries and the fresh cucumber fries. The cucumber fries was interesting but was tastier the more you ate it! Would definetly be back!!
Also they have lunch specials, chicken bentos for 11.99!“

“Came here with the family and had a really good time. Food was hot and fresh, exactly what you want from Popeyes. But honestly the staff is what made it - they were great with our son and kept him entertained so my wife and I could actually sit and eat our food while it was still warm. Don’t see that every day. Really nice people working here. We’ll be back!“

My daughter gave 4.5/5 for tender because size was small. I gave 5/5 for deluxe spicy. And my wife gave 3.5/5 because the size was small and taste was very normal and the drinks was not cold. I'm not sure but seems their AC not working and it was too hot inside.“

“I stopped by this store after work to pick up a 12-piece chicken meal, and I was really impressed with the service. The store was quite busy at the time, with several customers waiting and the staff clearly handling a lot of orders, but everything was still managed very smoothly and efficiently.
Despite how busy it was, I didn’t have to wait very long at all. The team worked quickly, stayed organized, and made sure the orders were prepared properly. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, polite, and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
It was great to see how hardworking the staff were and how well they worked together during such a busy time. My order was handled quickly, the service was excellent, and I left very satisfied with the overall experience.
I really appreciate the team for providing such fast, friendly, and professional service, especially during a busy period. Great job to everyone working there, and thank you for making my stop after a long day at work so easy and pleasant. I’ll definitely be happy to come back again!“

“I would like to sincerely thank Nazar Yousuf, the manager and owner of the Popeyes location at Hillcrest Mall. He is a very kind, professional, and understanding person.
I had placed an online order on April 5, but unfortunately the store was closed for the holiday while the online system was still accepting orders. My card was charged for an order that I could not pick up, and customer service was not able to help resolve the issue.
However, Mr. Nazar Yousuf handled the situation with great care and professionalism. He was extremely accommodating. His kindness and excellent customer service truly made a difference.

“I bought food today chicken Negat from this Popeyes and when I eat it it’s was completely non cooked and I show them this food but the employee was saying that it is our services and there behaviour was so bad and they and I was waiting for the response but they didn’t respond me , I have suggestions for all customers that please be patient with them and first check the food and then you can decide if you want“
