“Ordered the combo for 4 for the 3 of us. Decent value. The original ramens were good, decent broth flavour. Size could be a bit bigger. The karage, squid balls, fries and edamame were nice. Also comes with 4 ice cream or drinks. Service was very friendly. Restaurant a bit dark.“

“Midori is always one of my favourite place to go for savoury ramen. I had the Hitori combo that you can pick one of the signature ramen which comes with chicken gyoza and a pop. I picked the black garlic ramen for the combo. If you are not a garlic fanatic, I will suggest pick other choices. The soup is very rich and velvety. The cha siu is a bit thin though but the chicken is nice and tender. I always like their soup as there’s no msg. The chicken gyoza is crispy and juicy. I will try the Truffle ramen next time.“

“Very Good Experience. Staff is extremely friend, great ambiance. Pork ramen is average at best, however the chicken ramen is great. Would skip the pork as there's much better pork ramens in the city, but definitely worth the visit for the chicken.

Update July 2025: don’t think we didn’t notice you’re slicing your meat much thinner now. Shrinkflation I guess.“

“First time back to this Ramen restaurant (today Dec 22, 2024) after a few years haven't been there and their Ramen is still one of my favorites north of Toronto. We were there for lunch and they have the special deal for $11/$12 (can't remember exactly) and the regular bow is around $15 which is really a good value for a large bow comparing to other Ramen restaurants. Overall the ramen is very good and served with several topping such as corn, bamboo, egg, and the meat choice. You can't beat the good food, big portion, and all at a great price especially now with no tax.“

“I recently visited ajisen midland for a quick lunch and had a wonderful experience. The ambiance was cozy, and the ramen was absolutely delicious it is spicy beef. What really stood out, though, was the fantastic service provided by cynthia. She was friendly, attentive, and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our meal. “We ordered the tonkotsu black ramen, tomato ramen, and fried chicken appetizer. The tonkotsu black ramen was very delicious, but the tomato ramen was not as good. My companion regretted their decision to try something new instead of ordering the same item as me. The fried chicken was good too.“

“I have been coming to this place for almost 5 years now. Love their miso ramen. It’s really tasty! Their takeout packing is very sturdy and good as well.
I noticed within last year that the quality of the noodles have degraded, I feel that they refrigerate their noodles and they are not made on the they of, doesn’t look and taste fresh. You can actually see the noodles being bunched up and frozen.
Overall I like the taste of their ramen soup.“
