Our server, Lauren, was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. She was knowledgeable about the menu and checked in regularly without being intrusive. “Visited Root & Bone while in Fonthill. The atmosphere is upscale yet cozy, with an open-concept kitchen that adds to the overall experience.
My first visit here was when they were recognized on the OpenTable Top 100, and it’s easy to see why. Chef Raymond Taylor focuses on a farm-to-table approach, and it shows in both the quality of the ingredients and the beautiful presentation of each dish.
The food has consistently been well executed, and the service has always been good, making for a reliable dining experience.

“Went here with a Senior Citizen trip of about 46 people in June. Wondering what to expect being a restaurant attached to a motel and a bowling alley! We got there a little early but did call ahead. The mgr lept to the challenge and got things ready for us. The Wait staff was EXCELLENT. It was a buffet with simple entrees, salad, rolls. Serve your own coffee, tea. We did not hear the bowling alley. The rest. is well decorated, clean, nice furniture. The meat loaf could have been more well done. Dessert was a huge board of assorted greats! Don't pass this place by.“

“We stopped in for dinner while visiting St. Catherines, Ont. Food was good and I thought timely. The part that stood out was the Waiter, he was funny and visited to ask if we needed anything, just attentive enough that my husband and I could enjoy our conversation and time together. “We went before work on a Thursday. It was not busy, and we sat right down and were served immediately by a very friendly server that made our breakfast so much better. The coffee was great and plentiful. Our food was perfect and delicious. Thank you 😊“

Bacon and sausage were cooked well , and franks were good on the home fries .

Big breakfast as I was very hungry and light options which is great too
