Thank you to the lady owner that spoke to me and held on to the treats as I was unable to pick them up before! She really made my kids day! “Fantastic gelato! Lemon custard is my favourite when available. It's a very small shop to the left of Nisi. It's amusing to read these negative reviews though. The owner is always friendly to everyone whenever I've visited and is helpful if I have questions. Wouldn't be surprised if these reviews come from competitors. If you want the best gelato that downtown Burlington has to offer; that's made from scratch and not just resold product from a 3rd party vendor, come here and taste the difference - you won't be disappointed.“

“Our fav is their Half and Half. Tried a few flavours and all seem to be perfect. What we don’t like is the absurd self-made rule of stop serving milk shakes 15 mins before closing. Turned around two times now for being 2 mins late and the excuse that they just washed the blenders. They should honour the customer rather than giving these excuses. When your closing time is 10pm then you should be serving everything on the menu until that time or change your closing time to 9:45pm and ask your people to start washing blenders after that. Good food is one thing but having such an attitude towards customer destroys everything. The owner or whoever is making these rules should take notice“

“I’ve had some dry cupcakes from Kelly’s in the past. Vegan and gluten-free is a hard combination to nail, but today I was pleasantly surprised. All of the items I tried were adequately moist, and pretty tasty. The Nanaimo bar was really sweet, but I would definitely get the Skinny Cookie or the Cinnamon Sugar Donut again. They also have a nice coffee menu. For me, it’s nice to have Kelly’s as an option to pick up a vegan cupcake to bring along to a family celebration where non-vegan cake is being served.“

“Very cool rolled ice cream and Vietnam Coffee shop on Locke Street. Excellent Vietnamese coffee in two ways. Standing Zip and seal bag n sip coffee, available in four flavors (I went with Ube). And my new favorite way to have vietnamese coffee, Rolled Ice cream style topped with crushed sponge toffee, condensed milk, and grass jelly. Refreshing , delicious, and creamy. They also have more cool flavors that I will have to try through the summer. Definitely a must try“

I have received a call the day after submitting my order to finalize details and I must say that they went above and beyond to meet my request, knowing that my daughter has a swallow issue and that ice cream is the only cake she could get. “We dropped in for ice cream cones. They have a large selection of flavours and a couple of choices of cones including the traditional cone and they make a waffle cone. We had one of each. We spent about $14 for the two single scoop cones. I'm not sure that getting a second scoop would have added a huge amount but one must watch what one indulges in having.

Parking: There are about four spaces right at the door including a handicap space. There are plenty of additional spaces to the side and within the small plaza it's beside.“

They have cones, sundaes and shakes etc, even popcorn if one wants. On this particular day 05/28/2024 around 8:00 P.M. the place was busy, they had two employees serving the customers. I had ordered the small Rum & Raisin cone and wife ordered a small cup of Chocolate Chip ice cream in dish. The ice cream (Rum & Raisin) was very tasty and delicious (BUT kind of on the small side) for the money. Wife enjoyed the Chocolate-Chip in the dish, but it too was on the small side. With HST for the two it came to $12.52. But I guess one pays for the quality or the name-Because it’s Baskin Robbins?

Parking: Plenty of parking-It’s located in small strip mall near Litter Caesar’s Pizza and Popeyes Chicken Outket.

My friends and I recently visited Baskin-Robbins and had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the ice cream was delicious, with the waffle cone fresh and perfectly crisp. The shop was clean and well-maintained, with a washroom available and wheelchair-friendly access.

With a wide variety of flavors, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Though it’s a small location and can get busy during peak times, it’s definitely worth the wait. A truly five-star experience!

I must commend the staff on duty, as she made the experience even better. Her eagerness to serve, engaging conversation, and cheerful demeanor added to the enjoyment. The laughter was plentiful, making the visit truly memorable.

Side note there’s a couple is little seating places. Not to big.

Parking: It’s in a plaza so there is lots of parking if the parking lot full there’s also the side street
