“Cute little cafe just inside the xerox center on subway level. Their pastries look delicious! I tried a bulgogi salad and a cafe latte - if u like a softer and milkier latte this would be a good choice… if u prefer stronger beans flavour then this would be too mild. The salad is decent, but would def come back to try their croissants and cakes“

“This is such a cute and quaint little Cafe. The matcha latte was amazing, so was the panini and grilled cheese. Perfect snack for a chilly fall day. Great prices and pleasant staff! Only downside is that you might find it difficult to find seating during peak hours.“

“Friends and coworkers have been suggesting this place for a while. Price is good for what is given. Bread is fluffy and soft but has a great light toast so there is great texture with each bite. Hash brown was flavourful and doesn’t need any condiments to eat. It’s a great breakfast or brunch option. I will eat here again.“

“This place is an absolute secret gem Bloor Village! Viktor's knowledge and passion will always encourage you to try some new exotic flavors! Lavender Latte was superior! Made with authentic Lavender Extract from France, a proper way of preparing and quality! This place is addictive, with a pleasant ambiance and a genuinely friendly service! You can enjoy it inside or on a patio :) Highly recommend!“

“Went for coffee Sunday morning while visiting a friend, and the attention-to-detail was impressive. Choice of roasts, scaling dose, distribution, yield, latte art and microfoam were all spot on! They know how to roast and tweak their recipe just right. To top it off, the service was top-notch. This would easily become a regular spot if I lived in the area. Definitely worth checking out.“

“It's a shame this place closes so early, since it's such a lovely place to get work done. I like the london fog with oat milk. It's nice and flavourful. I'll have to come here again to try the snacks and coffee, but I wasn't disappointed at all.“

The café itself is a gem in the heart of the town, offering not only the best coffee and food but also an atmosphere that feels like home. The attention to detail, the personalized service, and the overall ambiance make this place stand out. Without a doubt, it's the best café in town. “Wonderful cafe with great atmosphere and service. Really enjoy the location as you can sit at the cafe, drink coffee and even though you're at the centre of a busy mall it feels comfortable and classy.
Highly recommend the croissants as they are fresh and warm.
Kid-friendliness: When I was here I saw lots of families being served.
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible via wheelchair.“

“I’m not a downtowner, so on a cold evening out there, we were in search for a hot chocolate after reading reviews.
This nice cozy cafe didn’t disappoint us. Loved the hot chocolate here, although we shouldn’t have added the whipped cream as that made it go colder at a faster pace.
A cold evening, hot chocolate and lovely company made up the atmosphere 5 stars ✨“

“2 things which made for a stellar experience:
1. Came in for a decaf iced americano. Usually decaf is on the lackluster side, but their selection was absolutely delicious.
2. I decided to buy an Aeropress on the whim from this place, but then found I'd be eligible for a discount if I bought it straight from the Aeropress website. The staff here were gracious enough to give me a full refund, no questions asked.
Thank you so much for a beautiful Friday afternoon!“

“I love this place. Youssef is a great guy. The atmosphere is one that’s very warm and inviting. I just feel very comfortable being there.
Add to that it’s a 7 minute walk from my place.
The desserts, which I promised myself one each weekend, makes the anticipation great. And I’m always happily satisfied . So far I have not been disappointed but rather pleasantly rewarded.
Add to that the place is open beyond 10 pm most weeknights. The perfect place to bring a laptop, knock off a few work emails or just chill after a long day.
I’ve been there 6 times so far and each time it’s becoming more of a place I look forward to going to.
The cold, snowy winters will be better tolerated with a warm spot like this.
I love this place.

“Definitely one of the best cafe/coffee shops that I've ever visited! The shop is cozy and relaxing, with really good coffee and pastries!
The real highlight for me was their ube cookie - you can actually taste the ube, and it wasn't overpowering or bland. Just the perfect amount. Highly recommend this spot, and will definitely be coming back again!“

The service is exceptional; the staff are friendly, attentive, and make you feel right at home. The decorations are stylish and cozy, creating a warm atmosphere that’s perfect for unwinding or meeting up with friends. This place truly stands out, and I can't recommend it enough for fellow coffee enthusiasts!"

“A little hidden oasis in somewhat of a rough patch of the city. Great for cosy dates as well as quiet moments with a book or a laptop. They offer good quality selection of coffee and tea. I liked their choice of music which enhances the overall classy atmosphere. The food and pastry, as well as the service never disappointed us. Warmer months on their patio are equally enjoyable as their indoor environment. Word of caution - you won't like it if you dislike the scent of freshly baked butter-based delicacies.“
“It's a cafe where you can enjoy high quality coffee in a sophisticated atmosphere. The interior of the store is simple but stylish and comfortable, perfect for relaxing with friends. The coffee that our baristas carefully brew has a deep flavor and is truly delicious. The flat white is especially popular, and its smooth texture is addictive. They also have desserts, so we recommend enjoying them with coffee. It's a place where you can forget about your busy daily life and have a relaxing time.“

“I like that they have some unique options, like the beetroot latte I had today. But just felt compelled to say that it’s socially criminal to promote a drink that’s just with oatmilk as horchata ?. Horchata is with tiger nuts, rice, jicaro, sesame or melon seeds, etc. … but not oat. and it’s disrespectful to both the history of the drink and also to coffee drinkers in T.O for whom oatmilk is nothing special at this point. Seems like a nice enough atmosphere but there were no observed plugs for anyone hoping to study/work on location.“

“A little, tiny café that offers good coffee and other drinks like matcha latte, etc. There’s no indoor seating, but they have a small patio in the summer. The coffee tastes good, though the espresso is served extremely hot—I even burned myself. If you want to enjoy your drink, head to College Park where you can sit down.“

“I visited this popular Tibetan restaurant on a Saturday night. They only accept walk-ins, no reservations. We had to wait for 1 hour so be aware of the long wait times.
We ordered:
1. Yellow Laphing Dry with => Very unique and tasty dish. Crunch of WaiWai was also nice.
2. Veg => Hands down. One of the best Chowmein ever. Select mild spicy level. Their medium spicy level is too much.
3. Veg Sizzler with Szechuan sauce: 3/5 => Too oily. The Momos were bland in itself. With noodles, it was good.
4. Chilli Garlic => Very good. Large portions too.
5. Steamed Veg Momos with Manchurian sauce: 4/5 => Very good.
6. Family size platter: 4/5 => Good. Got half steamed and got pan fried. They were quite hot from inside. Pan fried were tastier.
All the items were so tasty. Except the sizzler, I totally loved all the items. I didn’t get any 5% discount to write this review. We asked them for mild spicy level which we found perfect for our tastebuds. Staff is nice and humble. The service could be faster. They accept credit card as well. I would recommend this Tibetan restaurant to everyone.“

“It's full of cream, but it's not greasy so I enjoyed it. The subtle yuzu flavor goes so well with it! However, the pastry may have been baked a little longer on purpose, but it had a slightly burnt taste, which was a bit disappointing to me.“

I would recommend the jasmine tea, if you are a tea fan, it is refreshing and light.“

“A Latin and Asian fusion cafe!! GREAT, FUN owners!
Originally visited on September 28! ☺️ I had extra time before a work event and came here for breakfast! I was drawn to the name of the coffee shop, and thought the yellow chairs outside were cute.
For food, I ordered the ham and cheese croissant sandwich and Groovy Smoothie. Everything was soooo fresh!! I had ask the owner his name (Rolando) and told him I could taste how fresh everything was. He was so happy to hear this and shared that he makes everything in the morning! ?☺️
I also asked him where the name Capulus came from and what inspired him to use this name for the cafe, and he said that in Latin, it means coffee.
We chatted a bit about the cafe! His business partner is from the Philippines, which is why they have a lechon inspired sandwich (without the crackling) and she taught him how to cook it. They also have drinks like ube lattes. They're a fusion cafe, which is why their menu has Latin and Asian inspired food! ?
It is a cozy cafe, and I didn't mean to eavesdrop, but I did hear Rolando say that they get the same customers coming to the cafe 2 to 3 times a day ? which is sooooo nice! ?❤️
Wheelchair accessibility: There are a couple of tables outside (see attached photos), but the inside is not wheelchair accessible (the tables and chairs are higher and attached to the walls).“

“Not the biggest cafe out there, but the food is good, the drinks are pretty high-quality, and the basement is perfect for anyone who wants to do some quiet studying to lo-fi hip-hop beats. The only real issue is that the bathroom isn't accessible as it's in the basement. That said, it is a great spot.“
