“I had my daughter's 8th Birthday at the Whitby location today and I was beyond happy! Hareem and her team were fantastic! Hareem always answered emails, text messages and made it all happen like she promised! She made sure all the children were always involved and comfortable. Everyone had a great time. . . especially the birthday girl! I highly recommend Menchie's Whitby for birthday parties. . . we were definitely pleased! Thank you again to Hareem and her wonderful team! 😊“

“I’m giving this place 5 stars because of Debbie ! It’s not my first time at this location but it was the first time I felt the need to make sure an employee needed to be recognized. I came here with my family which including children. She was patient, kind and so empathetic. Thank you so much Debbie. You embody the definition of customer service.“

“Danya was such a kind and helpful server. I ended up ordering the red velvet cheesecake but didn't realize it was under another name where it came with icecream. When I asked if it came with it she explained that it's under another section and she can absolutely change the order and grab me ice cream. She did it quickly and didn't make me feel silly for ordering incorrectly.
Just one note - maybe stock more decaf coffee, as this is the second time we've been this month and they've been out. People love coffee with dessert and definitely can't drink caffeine that late.“
