“I absolutely love this place! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. The location is perfect, and the inside has such a great environment. it’s clean, stylish, and super comfortable to hang out in. The food and drinks are amazing and so delicious. Overall, this is definitely one of my favorite spots, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to relax and enjoy! I will for sure be back again.“

“I had my daughter's 8th Birthday at the Whitby location today and I was beyond happy! Hareem and her team were fantastic! Hareem always answered emails, text messages and made it all happen like she promised! She made sure all the children were always involved and comfortable. Everyone had a great time. . . especially the birthday girl! I highly recommend Menchie's Whitby for birthday parties. . . we were definitely pleased! Thank you again to Hareem and her wonderful team! 😊“
“I am visiting my niece and she brought home some chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, and ginger molasses cookies and the Cream Earl Grey tea as a treat. So, so, good! The tea is just gorgeous!! Love ❤️“

“I came here after a dinner out with my family of 5. It did not disappoint. The store was bright and clean. Very inviting. Also has places to sit and eat your ice cream. They honoured the coupons we had and were polite. Recommend going here for ice cream. With its unique flavours and many of them along with traditional flavour, I highly recommend this Baskin Robins!“

“Riley was good and fast in her service.
This is my family's go to place for having desert however yesterday the service was very bad. The tables were getting cleaned at a slow pace..people were lining up and it was quite a mess at the door.
The thing that moved me off was , I asked for some water repeatedly after the desert..the server kept saying I will get, I even paid the bill and still was witing for the water.
She passed by several times but just ignored us. At last we just walked off, felt really insulated.“
