“We came in to celebrate my son’s win at his competition. Nadia was our server. She was extremely attentive, and so welcoming she gave great suggestions and if she didn’t tell us that she was new we would have never known . “Great value brunch tea set served up inside Richmond Hill's Sheraton Parkway Hotel.Each tea set came with a mimosa, coffee or tea, house salad, selection of pastries, selection of mini cake slices and a main breakfast entree of your choice. All for $30. Everything tasted good. Cake slices could be more appealing. Pastries didn't look appealing, but it actually tasty great as it's crunchy and flaky. Main breakfast entrees were good, tater tots were good but a bit salty due to the added shredded parmesan cheese.Service was average, wait staff does refill coffee and hot water for your tea.Decor is up to date. Washrooms are located outside the restaurant area and behind Starbucks, so it's a bit of a walk. Ambiance is OK, no background music is played, so you can have decent conversations with your table mates. Diningware is clean and spotless.Overall, it's a good dining experience for the money spent.Parking: Free parking lot in front of hotel/restaurant and also free parking garage attached to the hotel/restaurant. Snow clearing is average at best.“

“I doubt I will ever return here.Went in for a cocktail. Sat at the bar for a lengthy amount of time before I was acknowledged. Once I was acknowledged, the bartender said the food is being packaged up and will be out shortly. So the assumption was that as a woman of colour, I must be picking up food for delivery. I ordered my drink. A second staff member came to me to ask again about picking up food. Again, the assumption being that I could not possibly be at the bar for no other reason, other than picking up a food delivery .What an absolutely awful experience. I have been visiting this location since it opened, as I live in the neighborhood. I miss the days of Lucas and some of the other staff prior to the pandemic.“

“It was our first time coming to the restaurant, as well as the golf club in general. We had a reservation for 530pm but we arrived early. The host was able to accommodate us and brought us to the table immediately. The space of the restaurant wasn't as big as I imagined, with only 12 tables - 4 seaters. However, they had combined a few tables to transform to long tables in order to accommodate 2 big parties. Perhaps it was the holiday season, we weren't given any water or acknowledgments 30 minutes after we were seated. Given that we had ample time to study the menu, we knew what we wanted for the night - their winter set menus. Initially, the reason for the visit was that we won their contest on Instagram for dinner of 2 on their set menu B, however, we asked if we could upgrade to the menu C and pay the difference, which, they were able to accommodate our request. Their set menu each comes with a choice of appetizer, a main course, a dessert, a non-alcoholic beverage, AND coffee/ tea. The pan seared atlantic salmon was definitely a winner! Crispy on the skin, and the salmon was cooked perfectly with it being juicy and tender and very silky-smooth. The striploin was cooked just the way we asked - medium rare. The red velvet cake was a nice touch to finish off our evening, but the cream cheese frosting was a little bit sweet to our liking. Other than that, the cake itself was soft and moist.The price of the set menu is tax and tips included, which is very budget friendly with the amount and level of food you get.“

“This is a tiny hole in the wall. I’m not overly fond of their Chinese food, but their other offerings are spectacular. I would highly recommend the thick noodles ! I go for the chicken. I literally order five orders and then freeze it and use it for lunches for a long time . it is delicious. Huge sizes and reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly. They always recognize me when I come in even though it’s 5-6 months between visits. Worth a visit. They do have tables inside but it’s not overly welcoming in terms of decor. Online orders are best.“

Food is always fresh and well-timed when ordering as a group.Vegetarian options: Being vegan, I do appreciate the vegan Southwest has option. I only wish there were more peppers and mushrooms as in the advertised photo. Every time I order this, it seems to be almost all potato and less of the other vegetables.“

The sauce was out of this world home run winner.Lamb Chops that were pure heaven and succulent.Long Island iced tea with a decent mix of alcohol.The server was great and attentive. Even after the kitchen closed up, she was able to help us get some extra bread to soak up those sauces.I like how we were allowed to chill there for however long after the kitchen closed.A definitely recommend.“

“This is a MUST GO TO Restaurant. I went for breakfast on March 20/23. My experience started with the best service from General Manager Gary Anthony. He was friendly, informative, and fast. The breakfast menu has everything. I love Eggs Bennie. While my style was not on the menu, Gary made it happen anyway. THE BEST EGGS BENNIE EVER! Gary recommended the Banana/Orange/Strawberry juice (it says fresh on the menu). I asked if it was "that grocery store brand" that shall not be named here. He said NO, we made it fresh from real fruit in the blender. It was like a smoothie from heaven. I will return often. While I live about 30 - 40 k from this restaurant (I had an appointment near it that morning) - I will be returning again and often. Next time I'm bringing my wife - She'll love it. Thank you Gary.“

“Your typical burger/steak/pasta bar. Gone on a Wednesday for lunch. Service was quick and food arrived within 15-20 minutes for a group of 6. Ordered the Blackened Chicken and was very flavourful with a good amount of herbs/spices. It was heavy on the salt but is personal preference. The pasta had a chewy texture with an adequate amount of sauce and roasted vegetables. Portions were average.Was it worth $30 (pre-tax)? No. However, it is delicious and if you want to splurge every now and then on a yummy meal.There are plenty of seats and parking in the plaza on the weekdays.“
