“Came here to eat with the family and we had a very enjoyable experience. Food was good, portions were generous but most of all Caroline, our server made us feel like we were not just customers but apart of the family. Her energy and enthusiasm was unmatched. She cracked jokes, sang and was just pleasure to have around. She was always ontop of her job and always made sure we got what we needed. Honestly we'd come back just for her alone! . Great job Swiss chalet for hiring such a wonderful individual. We'll be back very soon!“

“I placed a pick-up order tonight and an item that I paid for eas missed in the order. It happens. I called and the manager IMMEDIATELT rectified the situation. The item was delivered within minutes and was still hot from the fryer. So impressed. Talk about turning a little mistake into a big win. I’m also pretty sure the Manager delivered it personally. Not expected, but VERY much appreciated. Can’t wait to go back now.“

“This is a MUST GO TO Restaurant. I went for breakfast on March 20/23. My experience started with the best service from General Manager Gary Anthony. He was friendly, informative, and fast. The breakfast menu has everything. I love Eggs Bennie. While my style was not on the menu, Gary made it happen anyway. THE BEST EGGS BENNIE EVER! Gary recommended the Banana/Orange/Strawberry juice (it says fresh on the menu). I asked if it was "that grocery store brand" that shall not be named here. He said NO, we made it fresh from real fruit in the blender. It was like a smoothie from heaven. I will return often. While I live about 30 - 40 k from this restaurant (I had an appointment near it that morning) - I will be returning again and often. Next time I'm bringing my wife - She'll love it. Thank you Gary.“

“I have only has the toasted western and fries. Without ant doubt at all this western is way better than any other I have ever had and the price was reasonable. The fries were good. Bright and fresh rather than darker brown indicating old grease. I have only been there twice both times about 2 pm to 3 pm and I was the only one there. I like the Jazz FM music they always play as that is what I almost listen to. For me the place being empty with just music was great but I am concerned they may not be getting enough business. That is why I decided to write this review. For me they are probably the best restaurant anywhere.“

“Was hesitant to try @ first but finally I made a decision to go ahead to order. I was very glad that their congee is very smooth + good. I stay quite far from Jalan Besar but the delivery was super fast + the food still very hot when I received 👍👏😃“
