“I was excited to hear about a place that serves Halifax style donairs so I was real anticpating this one. Now I am not disappointed but feel that are differences between the two I say this because I was born in Halifax, N.S. and donairs is #1 thing that people love. The difference is the thickness of the sauce, thickness of the pita and there is no lettuce added to a traditional donair just white onions and tomatoes to round it out. With these few changes to there donair you can say it would make it more authentic. These donairs are delicious and flavourful.“

“I went there last night and they were closing in 20 minutes and had turned off their fryers. They were so kind and still took my order and prepared me some delicious chicken. I manage businesses and I know what it feels like when someone shows up fifteen minutes before closing to get food. Great people and great food. I would have given them higher ratings if it was possible. “Came at 8:30pm today. Staff took my order (there was the only one and I saw the name is Gemi on the receipt) was so kind and understanding. I couldn’t eat too spicy so he was ok when I wanted chili on the side. My friend had issues with his spicy noodle and the staff also fixed it to him. The guys are really polite, accommodating and made a simple takeout even smoother.I would go back anytime for takeout (only real option). If I had any comments, the prices and sizes are almost too good. “As you enter, there is a sign on the front door with "Cash or local debit cards only". They do however have an ATM inside. Very convenient. There are a good variety of noodles to choose from, with different soup base and meats/seafood. The Fudao House Special noodle N1 is really tasty and the broth is not oily or too salty. “The staff are friendly. The food, always pretty consistent and delicious. Most recently, I’ve tried their ice cream and it was SO delicious! This location is clean, comfortable, and so convenient in a touristy area. Pretty busy at times though… be patient! Just one thing for the mgmt team: maybe have some sort of signage for customers as to where to stand and line up. It was very confusing for me the last few times I’ve been in there… not sure to order and pay first or not. Highly recommend this place!“

I am not sure what they ordered to get those as I actually miss having the fries in the cups. They are now in a different box. I hope the cups make a comeback. The only reason service didn't get 5 stars isn't necessarily the restaurant's fault, but the food was a little cold when it arrived. “Customer service was great although a bit busy they were quick and efficient and took my order in less than 5 minutes and food was ready in 10 minutes or less. The place over is quite small and gets cramped during busy hours but the fast service makes up for it. The burger is delicious and juicy, the only thing i would change is that it has more sauce :). Overall it is worth the visit! The fries are fresh and very filling. I've tried the OG cheeseburger which is a great pick-me up as well as the Classic Chicken Sandwich.
