“Top class service, tasty food, great wine, and just a wonderful experience. I called for a reservation for my girl's birthday a week in advance and the owner remembered without me saying a word when we arrived. At the end he brought her a complimentary delicious French vanilla ice cream topped with a macaron and raspberries filled with caramel. That's world class. As for the main meal, we ordered crab cakes, scallops, and I had the ribeye and she had the striploin. It was cooked exactly the way we love it and the beef quality is absolutely fantastic. The Chilean wine we had with it was fantastic. My desert was a warm pecan pie a la mode. Just delicious. This is the kind of place you would want to be at for a special birthday. We will 100% be back. Service like this isn't common in Toronto and I think you will enjoy it as much as we did.”

Every bite is full of flavour. Their house tea is soothing and the owner said it's a special medicinal tea that helps sleep better and digestion. They are super kind and warm, and they have a very relaxing ambiance. All their sauces are home made and super delicious. This is my new favourite chinese restaurant. If I were to go anywhere else in this city for dinner, it would be $15 minimum, there would be less food, and it would taste worse. This is honestly the best, cheapest, Chinese food I've eaten in my life, and that's saying something because I love cheap, Chinese food and I eat it in a lot of different places.”

I believe it due to ordering on Uber. If I’m store this wouldn’t have happened they could never make a sandwich for a customer in store. But you should make your sandwiches for customers as if they were in store. Start treating customers who order online as if they are in store. Next time I order and get a sandwich like this one I will personally bring it back..!”

Got married in September and decided to go for Red Scale to make us a wedding cake and vegan cupcakes for our guests. We also ordered their sandwiches and the guests loved them too.
What’s amazing is that Saru the owner went above and beyond. He delivered our order for us and made a beautiful wedding cake that was so beautiful that we cried!
He designed the cake with detail and used elements of my culture and made a wonderful wedding cake and tasted amazing too! It really wowed our guests!

We got jerk chicken with rice and peas and oxtail with plain rice. Next he offered us fresh special cane juice if we were interested and thank God we said yes because OMG the juice which he made fresh for us we had never tried anything like that before. This juice was a mixture of Sugarcane, cocunet water fresh ginger and lime, it was so refreshing on the ice. Food smelled and tasted great and you can feels Chris passion and love for his cooking in the food. My kids are big fans of bubble tea and always love trying new places, so we were excited to come across Comic Tea at 2470 St. Clair Ave W. Omg their drinks are uniquely different and absolutely delicious! You won’t find your typical menu here, and that’s what makes it so fun.

The vibe in the store is awesome, we especially loved the featured art wall, which gives the space a cool, creative feel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the portions are generous. Bonus: the cups are really well-designed and super cute!
