“I live in the neighbourhood and was walking past looking for lunch, and the owner happened to be opening up and told me to try this out. I am glad I listened. The place is clean, the owner is polite and welcoming, the food smelled amazing and tasted even better. You cannot beat the lunch special for that price. And I can’t wait to try more of the menu! I will be making much more visits to this place. Highly recommend.“

“Jonny the waiter was not only attentive, but also so catering to the needs of our group. He made sure our drinks were always topped up during the live band also while caring for a full out door patio. Matty in the back who carried out my steak did an incredible job not only was it cooked to satisfactory but it was above and beyond what my expectations were I had the best experience I could have asked for and would recommend to anyone i possibly could.

They play Caribbean gospel music and the place is clean (which is hard to find again) and soft spoken lady with good Customer service. Loved it. Yes, the oxtail had a lot of bones, but I prefer that over overly fatty, cloying pieces, and the flavour was excellent. The fried chicken was perfection—not too breaded or over-seasoned.
There were about six customers ahead of me, and I still got my food in under 10 minutes. Easily one of the best spots in the city.“
