“Been going here a few months now, and let me tell y’all something about this restaurant that will blow your mind ?, the first day I went there I felt at home, the gracious aroma of freshly cooked meals, spreading across the room…definitely has one thinking about how the tenderness and care that has been been put into each meal is consistent and flavourful ???Recommend spot ??? “Nothing bad to say about the food. Oxtail is plentiful and delicious. Usually another family member has pickup duties, so I was quite surprised that dine-in was still closed post-Covid. No problem for me as take-out service was fast and I was out the door in no time. I only wish that they sell Chicken soup daily. Fridays are Manish Water Soup and their Chicken Soup would have brightened up a Snow Storm Friday.“

“Came here the other night for the first time because I was craving oxtail. It did not dissapoint! Flavour and portion size was good. I was also able to get some fried chicken if i waited 10mins and it was WELL worth it.Def my new JA spot for sure since everywhere else has fallen off“
“Spicy beef is to die for, slightly fruity. Pastry seems different, though it's probably just because it's so fresh. Buttery and delicious.Curry Goat is delicious, but skimpy with the filling.Shrimp and jerk chicken patties are okay.Callahoo isn't for me.Good people.“
“Had lunch at Sunset Caribbean Takeout & Catering and tried out their smoked jerk chicken which came with rice and peas and side coleslaw. I really enjoyed this smoked rendition of jerk chicken and the food overall was very flavorful. Also ordered a beverage which included pineapple, coconut, and flaxseed which was also very tasty. If you are in Scarborough, the East of Toronto, make sure to check out this take out restaurant. They are open 12-8 pm Mon-Fri, 8-8pm Sat. They have lunch specials on weekdays and have recently introduced breakfast Caribbean style on Saturdays too.“
“Had the jerk plate & seafood soup last night when I stopped by for the first time, and the food surpassed expectation! It was SO flavourful, the meat was tender, the rice & peas were fresh - and the soup had so much in it, with an incredible broth. The meat melts off of the bone; it wasn't dry, and it was smokey and so tasty. I can't say enough good things! The food isn't spicy, so I got some hot sauce on the side which was super yummy. Highly recommend! The service & environment was really nice too. I'll be back for sure!!“
