“Just ordered delivery from here tonight and our subs were super delicious! I've eaten some sad, flat, soggy sandwiches at other locations and still enjoyed them but these were fresh and well-made. It felt like the person making the sandwiches actually cared about the food. Super fast to top it all off! Thanks for the great dinner!“

“I usually come to this location for my grub, however this time there was an issue with my order. I called and spoke with Harlo who was incredibly kind and told me to come in and that she’d fix it right away.

When I arrived I was not met with hostility nor attitude. She was sweet and fixed everything to where it was even better than the original order I made.

She is the reason I’ll keep coming back for sure!

“I received a gift card for my birthday, specifically for the Bridgeport location. When we got there they said they wouldn’t honor it, managers new rule. The email was in my name, my address, my loyalty card info, that location. They wouldn’t budge, they said I could drive to Gresham and use it there! We all left and ate elsewhere. The new manager has no clue about retaining good customers and general customer service. We were to dine in for dinner, $50-$100 tab.

Update:- I received a call from corporate who said that it was a mistake, and they will absolutely accept the coupon. He was very prompt in answering my email and is making it right by speaking to the manager and offering me a gift card. So their customer service at corporate level is excellent.“

“First time at a Jersey Mike's. Food was fresh tasting. I normally go to Subway, but I felt the sandwiches here were made with better quality, especially with their bacon. One only thing I wished I could do was have my bread toasted, but overall it was fine“

“There are things that I come to buy here as I cannot find them elsewhere. Certain pickled foods, jams, cakes, cheeses, etc. They have great ice cream - the European type with less sugar. I read another review saying that the sellers do not speak English. This is not exactly true. The fact is that most customers speak Russian but the sellers do speak English.
I also am adding that I am not a Local guide or anything, I do not understand this title.“

“Friendly and super fast service by both employees. They got my order correct which was a giant #7 spicy italian with peppers on the side. This was my first JJ sandwich in over a decade. It was satisfying and the perfect cold sub on a hot day. The bread held up to all the produce and didn't get messy at all. I only knocked a star off because $22 is pretty expensive, plus tip made it $25.“

“Plenty of seating. Plenty of parking. No line. I had the sweet onion chicken on itallian herb and cheese with extra sauce. It was good.
I like that the googlemaps summary says LGBT friendly. There's not like a pride flag hung up or anything, but I was trying to decide between this place and the Wendy's nearby and the Wendy's didn't have that in their summary so I picked the subway.
Food at subway isn't as cheap as it used to be. It's like 13$ for the footlong alone, so I knocked off a star. Location doesn't accept coupons. I miss the days of 5$ footlongs, but it's still a good meal.“

This has been the first time in a long time that I’ve seen a Subway location so spotless, freshest possible ingredients, and overall great efficiency during lunch hour. I ordered sandwiches through a third party delivery service that shall not be named and the driver didn’t end up picking up our order. 3 hours and 4 hangry humans later we chose to take a chance on submitting another order because we weren’t in a place to leave the house. Lo and behold-what arrived was our order with a sweet little note apologizing for the missed delivery (not potbelly’s fault AT ALL). Thank you thank you for the kind gesture. Wrangling 3 hungry kids and dealing with customer service on the delivery end was frustrating to say the least. This small kindness went a long way. ❤️“
