“We found this hidden gem by accident. It was almost 10p and we had just arrived into town for a football tournament there wasn't many options for places still open. This small family owned business had not just amazing food but service was impeccable. The food was 10/10 and so were the drinks. We were greeted right away and our server took the time to walk us through the menu. The chef came out to check on how the food was and we were all thoroughly impressed. We can't wait to go back!“

“CM Banh Mi brings the charm and is rightfully a neighborhood favorite.Food: lightweight, crisp, and flaky baguette bread! We ordered the grilled chicken banh mi and this has got to be one of the best I've tried in the area. There is a generous amount of vegetables and filling. Ambiance: the interior is beautifully decorated with hand-made wood elements and plants. It really is something unique! Service: I met one of the owners when I went in and they were so kind. I have nothing to say but positives about this place! Location: do note that the parking is narrow, if you have a wider car it is best to park at the nearby food complexes and walk.“

“My sweetheart has been getting her pho here for years. As a first timer, I couldn't get over the delicate and delicious pho broth. Really one of the best I've had. I got takeout so can't comment on service except to say the guy at the counter seemed unhappy- but everyone is entitled to being tired and not wanting to put on fake smiles. The "small" pho was plenty for two healthy servings. Ambience is typical of strip mall restaurants. Don't let that stop you from an exquisite pho!“

“I stopped by this place for lunch to order a binh ma sandwich to go. There were a few people eating Pho in the small restaurant area. I sat down to wait, and a customer had a hot plate of egg rolls delivered to his table. They looked so good, I ordered those too!After a short wait, my sandwich arrived. Fresh baked baguette with delicious meats. I got the #1 Vina Baquette Special. The staff are very nice and friendly. I was greeted after walking in. The restaurant/cafe is clean and small, seats 18 people, amongst the tables and chairs. It's been a while since I have been here, but I will be back! I need to try the Pho. “I used to lived in Portland and moved to Salem 3 years ago . I tried so many restaurants but this one is the best . BEP restaurant gave me a great time and the best foods . I never seen my wife eat in a restaurant with a happy face like that . We ordered 2 noodles and one papaya salad . The soups are so good , very delicious . The salads so fresh and tasty , not too salty like other places.If you are coffee lovers , you must try the salted coffee here . “Wow! What an amazing meal! I took my wife here to try Northern Style Pho. Their pho was the closest Northern flavor pho we've ever tasted here in Portland. The owner was very friendly. Foods were served fast. Service was phenomenal. Very clean place. I would highly recommend it!“

“Best Tom Kha soup I've ever had, and I'm a Tom Kha connoisseur! The salad rolls were amazing. Got the S3 Bun Dac Biet as well, didn't love the chicken but the shrimp, pork and egg roll were perfect. “We had never been here before and had just read reviews about it being a hole in the wall and really good so we decided to try it. The people there were super sweet and even spoke a little Spanish to us. The food was bomb we ordered the beef pho, the shrimp curry marinated Tom xao lan ca ri, and the red cocunut curry. The portions are a little bit on the larger side but that just means you can enjoy some of it at home too! They gave us some extra chili sauce as well that you could tell was made from scratch and made sure to warn us about spice levels. It wasn’t that spicy but the extra chili sauce added that extra spice for me. They had gluten free options as well as peanut free options so they do a pretty good job to accommodate allergies. “When it comes to pho, it's all about the broth, and add the challenge of a la vegan, and flavors can vary as everyone takes their unique approach. this was such a refreshing take on vegan pho (or to be more exact, 42. Vegetarian Noodles)! it was the perfect balance of flavors: floral, not overbearingly sweet or oily, and well-seasoned. and the garlic chives were a nice touch :) if i had to offer some constructive feedback, it would be this: at this price point it would be nice to see some additional vegetables included like shiitake mushrooms, or herbs like thai basil as some other places provide. honestly though, i'm just nit-picking. definitely my new go-to for takeout when i could use a bowl of pho!“

“Went there on Sunday to eat soup. I've always ordered dessert and salad rolls to go. It was cold and rainy and felt like I'd like to go try them dining in. The waitress was super nice. I wanted something with shrimp. She recommended the Tom yum shrimp soup. It was so delicious I want to go back Wednesday with my husband for a date night. “Wonderful Thai Iced tea every time almost every time I go. Sometimes, different staff members will overfill the drink with ice, leaving very little to actually consume. Regardless, it's still better than many of the thai restaurants I use to get it from.“
