The highest of quality, the best of taste, and excellent service from cute & friendly servers. I live in Merlin, but we will definitely be back to try more exciting and creative flavors. There was a short line, but I see why and it was absolutely worth the wait. what an absolute gem this place is.“

They do gluten free too, however I do wish there was more flexibility with portion/sizing of the gluten free option. The staff are very friendly and accommodating! I highly recommend.“

As for HIRO RAMEN,

I noticed this restaurant is a very popular place for locals.
Customer demos spread across the board: old, young, families, dating couples, etc.

HIRO RAMEN deserves 5 stars as a local eatery for its food, service and ambiance. Its a great neighborhood place, simple, comfortable, straight forward design, attentive, courteous service. I have eaten here twice and will surely visit next time in Ashland. Solid concept and great management.

“Fantastic experience. I could not believe the restaurant wasn’t packed, the food was delicious and the atmosphere perfect. It’s cozy and refined without being so dark that you need to use a flashlight to see the menu. The food is unique but not so strange that you have no idea what anything will taste like. It was so good I even ate my vegetables. Dessert the was the perfect balance of sweetness. I ordered the fries and the wagyu beef and the fries were some of the best I’ve had. I’m not even sure what they were seasoned with but I will be thinking about them every time I eat fries again in the future. The beef was incredible tender. The drink I had was well balanced, strong but with a good alcohol and correct mixes. So many restaurants have switched to bottom shelf liquor and lately I’ve been avoiding ordering a drink but was so happy I did. My server was amazing and helped me navigate the menu because everything sounded amazing. The real beauty of the restaurant isn’t just in the delicious food or the friendly staff but that everything was special, you can tell that the owners and chefs and servers all care about what they were doing. Truly a special experience.“

“Their Bagels are soft, chewy, and delicious. We really enjoyed the scone we had. It was Lemon Ginger and it was just the right amount moist and sweet so that it wasn't overly sweet or dry. Let's just say we really liked it. I had the veggie bagel sandwich with cream cheese, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and sprouts. My wife had it with hummus instead of cream cheese. They both hit the spot. We will definitely will be going back.“

“This little hidden gem is a must try! Heard of it for years but finally decided to try it out. I ordered a Cubano, they offered me a traditional Cubano with ham or a special one they had with their own prepped meats. I went with their version and it did not disappoint generally have feed back, as in (you should have left this out/added something else) to make the food better. This case was unprecedented. For the first time, I was left speechless there is nothing I would have changed or added! the Sammich was perfect!“
