“Customer service was great. Person that served me was very kind. I was even introduced to something that I’ve never tried before. She gave me a full rundown of the menu and overall it was a very exciting experience. Very rarely do I do a review after especially in a Starbucks but this person (Feel bad that I can’t remember her name) has exceptional customer service. A great pleasure indeed.“

“For me, this is the best Starbucks in the area, mainly because of the friendliness of everyone who works there. My usual drink is the Dark Roast Drip Coffee, and the flavor is perfect. “My granddaughter and her friend had gift cards and really wanted to get a drink from Starbucks. We went to the one in Raleigh Hills Valley Plaza. It was fun for the girls as they interacted with the staff as they got their orders. Even though the girls are younger, the staff treated them as though they were regular customer both with respect and patience. The drinks were just what the girls wanted, and they left happy. Highly recommend the location.“

“This Starbucks inside Target is quite nice and very clean. The service was great, and the employees working there were quite nice. It's a great place to get your daily coffee and something to eat as well. Would recommend checking it out and getting yourself something tasty.

“This Starbucks is absolutely insane. The drinks are made to perfection, the service is amazing, and it is super nice to just grab a drink before or after my target trip. To specifically shout out a staff member that was extremely helpful in guiding me to what drink I wanted, and poured out unlimited kindness to me, was Sadie. I hope to see her every time I go.“

“It's within the Safeway. I have a 25 dollar gift card I need to use up so I went and got myself a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino! Straight iced fire!!Went with the venti, which is slightly larger but only 40ish cents more.

“Just had one of the best customer service experiences of my adult life. Chuck & Dustin were my checkers. I was the space cadet customer who used the wrong club card # after spending a bunch of time adding all the relevant deals. I asked if they could reenter my number and was told they'd have to start over. I was super hesitant to be a jerk, especially given all the extra work our grocery people have to do right now. They said it was totally up to me, they had the time, and they were willing. It saved me $30 extra dollars, so I was super appreciative. They unloaded and rescanned everything and put it back, then offered to help me out and load my car. They never made me feel bad and were kind and friendly the whole time. It was a great example of kindness and humanity in these crazy times. They deserve a bonus!“

“One of the best Starbucks in the area. I've only done the drive through but it's fast and service is great every time. Sometimes they even upgrade my drink. They have never messed up any of my orders. I recommend if you are in the area.“
