“I received a gift card for my birthday, specifically for the Bridgeport location. When we got there they said they wouldn’t honor it, managers new rule. The email was in my name, my address, my loyalty card info, that location. They wouldn’t budge, they said I could drive to Gresham and use it there! We all left and ate elsewhere. The new manager has no clue about retaining good customers and general customer service. We were to dine in for dinner, $50-$100 tab.
Update:- I received a call from corporate who said that it was a mistake, and they will absolutely accept the coupon. He was very prompt in answering my email and is making it right by speaking to the manager and offering me a gift card. So their customer service at corporate level is excellent.“

“I visited this location at 1:30pm on 5/26 and had such a great experience I really felt the need to post this. So often lately I feel like employees working in the food industry are grumpy and irritated to be working. The young lady that made my salad today was such a breath of fresh air! She was upbeat, polite, kind, and helpful. She cut up all the veggies (that doesn’t always happen) and didn’t rush me through the line. She noticed that heating my chicken created extra water and took care to drain it off before adding it to my salad. I would just like her to know (and maybe her boss) that I would definitely drive out from my hometown (Canby) to visit this location more often if these are the kinds of employees this subway hires. She is a gem! Thank you for the great experience!“

“Food was good, normal quality and taste for Subway. I was a bit bummed with the service, I had a special request bc I had specific dietary restrictions. The sandwich I ordered had much less ingredients on it than a typical sandwich, but bc I requested extra turkey he "had to" charge me for a deluxe sandwich! I would have appreciated some human common sense in this matter and been charged a regular price bring that it has very minimal Ingredients on it!! But I had no energy to argue that day, So I just let it be and paid the extra price!
Dietary restrictions: Most subways are pretty good with special requests. This one reduced my expectations unfortunately! But usually they can accommodate fairly well!“

“Been coming here for years, we took a long break from Subway. We recently got back into them.
I recommend trying these: Ultimate B.M.T, Meatball Marinara, Chicken Teriyaki, and Cold Cut Combo. I really love the Ultimate B.M.T.
I noticed when we selected "curbside pickup," that only partial of our order got to us. I noticed they only had one worker. So, I had to go inside to pick the other bag to our big order.“

“I always show up just before they start closing up they will be doing the floors putting stuff away. That doesn't stop them from making sure I get my sandwich fast and just the way I like it, even if that means getting more stuff out for me and messing up what they have already cleaned, always nice about it.“
