Had a half sandwich and soup special. Soup was delicious (creamy tomato) with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. Sandwich was an Italian. Delicious as well.
Had a nice glass of Pinot Noir from Marshall Davis winery. Keri was a great host as well!

“A Must-Visit Lunch Spot in McMinnville! Every time I visit McMinnville, this restaurant is at the top of my list—and once again, it did not disappoint! In fact, my friend and I loved it so much that we had lunch here twice during our trip. The corn chowder was absolutely fantastic—so creamy with just the right amount of seasoning. My friend enjoyed the ½ Turkey Sandwich, while I devoured the Chicken Cashew Salad, which was fresh and delicious. The broccoli cheddar soup was just okay, but the tomato vegetable soup was a standout, according to my friend. And let’s not forget the in-house wheat bread—fresh, flavorful, and the perfect complement to our meal. Our waitress, Andrea, was incredible! I highly recommend asking for her—she was attentive, friendly, and made our experience even better. To finish, we split a lemon cupcake—our only regret was sharing it! “A lovely experience in this farmhouse setting in wine country. We ordered the caviar and it was well allocated with understated buckwheat miniature waffles. The amuse bouche was a cute bite of flavorful mousse inside a tiny crispy cone. A nice start to the dedication of the chef. The mushroom tartlets were delicious and well worth ordering. The soup was stunning as well. Something that added a little surprise was the Green Salad with Lardons. The dressing very tasty. The duck plating was something to mention. Beautifully executed. Our table mate said the Beef Stroganoff was the best they have ever had. The drinks were nicely inventive and overall if you seek fine dining this should definitely be added to your list. We ordered off the menu and did not do the tasting menu. That will be left for another day along with the trolley cheese cart selections.“

“Unbelievable. A hidden McMinnville gem. In business for 17 years. They make their own tortilla chips which were unlike anything I have ever tasted. Light, warm and crisp. The pork burrito was plentiful (2 meals for an old guy), very moist and tender. Rice and beans were home cooked, fresh and delicious. Service was fast, friendly and efficient. Because of the high ceilings with exposed beams your conversation stays at your table as there is no echo. Prices were very reasonable. You may sit inside or out. Go!“

The Capt. Neon Burger shows up looking unapologetically hearty. A soft, lightly toasted bun cradles a thick, juicy beef patty cooked to a satisfying char on the outside while staying tender inside. Crisp lettuce and fresh red onion add crunch and bite, while the bacon brings smoky richness that anchors the whole stack.
