“DOG FRIENDLY! It’s a brewery in a warehouse so, while I WISH the menu was better, they’re probably very limited on what they can do. The vibes are cool - it can get extremely busy fast after 4:30pm and can be loud from the warehouse echo space. I’ve brought friends who said they were overstimulated. Sometimes they have trivia which is fun. You can reserve axe-throwing from a 3rd party which is also fun. They offer beer and wine.“

“I placed an online order earlier in the day and scheduled it for delivery later in the evening so it would arrive around the time my family got together 🍕😊. Surprisingly, the pizza showed up about 15 minutes earlier than expected. When we opened the boxes, we realized that some of the pizza combinations and sizes seemed mixed up, which left everyone a little confused at first 😅.

I decided to call the restaurant and calmly explained the situation. The staff handled it incredibly well and were very understanding. Without any hassle, they immediately fixed the mistake and even sent out a completely new order for delivery! 🚗💨

That level of customer service really impressed me. They truly went above and beyond what I expected, and it made the whole experience much better. Big kudos to the team for taking care of the issue so professionally 👏. It’s clear this is a company that values its customers. Definitely a place I’d happily order from again! 🍕👍“

“Las 4 Lunas has a nice dining area that is neat and clean. Guests order at the counter, open seating. The menu has plenty of options, food is exceptional and authentic. The sauces are amazing! If you like Menudo, it's available on Friday and Saturday. If you're a fan of lingua (beef tongue), that's on the menu too. There's food to go, a drive through window, and delivery choices to use. Finally, I've eaten at Las 4 Lunas many times.... the food is always delicious and consistent. Just go to their website and check out the photos of the food! If you're hungry for Mexican, go and eat at Las 4 Lunas...“

“I’m not sure how to rate it. I normally don’t go out of my way to eat vegan and I had the vegan chimichangas. I’m not vegan so I couldn’t be too harsh but the substitute chicken they used could’ve fooled me for cardboard box clippings. I can see why a lot of vegans are angry if I had to eat this everyday id be mad too. I won’t be eating here again but maybe give it a try if you’re vegetarian.“

“Anyone can seemingly make sushi seem better by making it more complex, but the real test is whether they can take the simple and make it excellent. Sushi-Ki-ichi does just that. They stick to the simple offerings, leading to an experience that feels less Americanized than other Japanese restaurants. That's not to say I don't love some level of creativity, but you don't need it here. That's because the family that owns Sushi Ki-ichi wants to create an authentic meal - a notion that was confirmed for sure when we had a conversation with the owner. In fact, they take quality to the next level with their equipment and efforts they take to make sure that what they serve is the highest quality, including specific freezers for the fish. We didn't try Sushi Ki-ichi for the first couple of years because we figured that the previous restaurant, a Chinese buffet that had gone downhill and fallen off the cliff, had rebranded and reopened as something new. Now I feel that for those first couple of years, we missed out. This has quickly become my favorite place in Portland. I look forward to any trips I take across town from Vancouver to Tigard, and make a point to stop in and grab a bite.“

“I picked a lunch spot on a total whim after flying in from Texas, then discovered the best comfort karē outside of Japan. Absolutely incredible, rich flavors that speak for themselves. Nothing is hidden or muddled; the recipe is full bodied, served insanely quick, and with the hospitality of an old friend you haven't seen in years (big shoutout to one-man army Mr. Makoto Yoshino). If you're a veteran that's ever been stationed in Japan, pair this up with Jinro and a Page 11 and it's like you're back in Oki! Seriously though, food was so good I had a borderline religious experience. 11/10 I'll always come here when I visit Portland.“
