“I visited Stickmen with my brother and dog, Tod. We were there for a Pooch.org charity event. The brew pub has excellent pizza and the beer quality and variety is just as good. It has a family friendly vibe with an arcade and large picnic like tables. The outdoor patio is large with room for dogs. The asphalt may get hot in summer, we were lucky with cloud cover to keep us cool.“

“I placed an online order earlier in the day and scheduled it for delivery later in the evening so it would arrive around the time my family got together 🍕😊. Surprisingly, the pizza showed up about 15 minutes earlier than expected. When we opened the boxes, we realized that some of the pizza combinations and sizes seemed mixed up, which left everyone a little confused at first 😅.

I decided to call the restaurant and calmly explained the situation. The staff handled it incredibly well and were very understanding. Without any hassle, they immediately fixed the mistake and even sent out a completely new order for delivery! 🚗💨

That level of customer service really impressed me. They truly went above and beyond what I expected, and it made the whole experience much better. “Las 4 Lunas has a nice dining area that is neat and clean. Guests order at the counter, open seating. The menu has plenty of options, food is exceptional and authentic. The sauces are amazing! If you like Menudo, it's available on Friday and Saturday. If you're a fan of lingua (beef tongue), that's on the menu too. There's food to go, a drive through window, and delivery choices to use. Finally, I've eaten at Las 4 Lunas many times.... the food is always delicious and consistent. Just go to their website and check out the photos of the food! The food is excellent. I had the pot roast and my husband had the meatloaf. The pot roast was fall of the fork good! I joked with the server it was as good as my Mom’s. The server had no issues substituting for my husband’s dietary needs (veggies instead of potatoes). The food came out hot and fairly quickly.

I cannot rave about the service enough. Our server was attentive, upbeat, kind and helpful. The atmosphere is comfortable, not too noisy and plenty of space for busy weekends. We had such a nice dinner we went back for breakfast. Over all, a really nice experiences.“

“Amazing creative dishes. Palm ceviche is fabulous as are all the entrees I can’t spell and the empanadas are flaky and delicious salsas aren’t really necessary but they are also incredible. Causas were wonderful. I couldn’t like this restaurant more if I was vegan. Highly recommend Epif.“

“This place is such a gem! We went for brunch last Sunday and had the Rowan breakfast sandwich, the lobster benedict, a chai latte, and a cubano. Everything was amazing! The ingredients are fresh, thoughtful, and beautifully presented. Chef Spencer is so talented and I am beyond excited that they will soon be serving dinner in addition to brunch. The atmosphere was inviting and the service was friendly and very quick. Can’t wait to come back!“

A lot of regular customers come in and the staff all know them and their orders which is really cool I don’t see that too often. Oh and they have nice outdoor seating for larger parties. “Anyone can seemingly make sushi seem better by making it more complex, but the real test is whether they can take the simple and make it excellent. Sushi-Ki-ichi does just that. They stick to the simple offerings, leading to an experience that feels less Americanized than other Japanese restaurants. That's not to say I don't love some level of creativity, but you don't need it here. That's because the family that owns Sushi Ki-ichi wants to create an authentic meal - a notion that was confirmed for sure when we had a conversation with the owner. In fact, they take quality to the next level with their equipment and efforts they take to make sure that what they serve is the highest quality, including specific freezers for the fish. We didn't try Sushi Ki-ichi for the first couple of years because we figured that the previous restaurant, a Chinese buffet that had gone downhill and fallen off the cliff, had rebranded and reopened as something new. Now I feel that for those first couple of years, we missed out. This has quickly become my favorite place in Portland. I look forward to any trips I take across town from Vancouver to Tigard, and make a point to stop in and grab a bite.“
