“What a stunning location! Although we experienced a delay with our food due to a WiFi glitch that prevented orders from reaching the kitchen, the staff handled it with impressive care and urgency. They quickly sorted everything out, allowed guests to switch to lunch options, and generously comped all our meals—plus treated us to delicious lemon pies. Best of all, when the food arrived, it was absolutely incredible. Everyone in our group was raving about their dishes. Despite the initial hiccup, the atmosphere was lively and the service truly outstanding. Highly recommend!“

I liked the large amount of cheese on the burrito. I wish it would have come with some salsa because the potatoes were a little dry by 9:30 am. The cinnamon roll icing and filling were great and I liked the to-go style packaging.“

“Hibby and I like Elmer's and have eaten at many of them. The Woodburn Elmer's is by far the best one we have had the pleasure to eat in. The Sausage patties, hashbrowns and the omelet with a cheddar cheese sour cream sauce were excellent! Staff were great, restaurant open and clean, portions were great for the price. “Hello Woodburn Community! I want to give a SHOUT OUT to our own Red Robin Gourmet Burgers which we visited on Sunday afternoon 1/21/24. Our server Carter was fantastic, the manager stopped at our table , the Crew sang Happy Birthday at another table as most of the restaurant joined in singing and clapping (of which did not happen when we went to celebrate one of our own family members birthdays last time we visited ☹️)-this was a great experience. Staff was super friendly and gave us some extra fries for the „longer“ wait time. At other fast food chains that wait time would be normal, so big kudos to Burgerville on being committed to the term fast food.

We also really like the locally sourced aspect, for that we are happy to pay the higher prices.“

HOWEVER, a worker by the name of Josh, was super rude, yelled, and raised his voice at another waitress about taking an order that was his, (I’m guessing there was a duplicate order) 🤷🏻‍♀️ in front of everyone sitting trying to enjoy their food. No one should be talked to like that, especially at their workplace and in front of the customers. I’m not sure if he thought he was more important than her (she spoke broken English), but that was not okay at all. I did approach Josh and let him know how unprofessional he was and suggested he have some grace and respect for all the other workers.“
