“Noisy. Not a shred of acoustic protection so that all the expresso racket and kitchen noise bounces around forcing everyone to talk louder and louder. The staff are wearing headsets, so they don't notice. The music can't even be heard. Who wants to visit a place like that?“

“This morning I went in and there were a couple people in front of me and no big deal. I did notice there was only one woman working there by herself which happened to be Janel. She was very nice and I could tell she was busy and I felt so bad for her. There should be at least a couple people working there in the morning... it’s a coffee shop. I would of helped her if I could but I had to get to work. This is basically to say that she was sweet and was doing the best she could, she deserves a raise!“
