“MASARAP! worth every penny. We ordered their Double Dark Chocolate and Taro Milkteas (both with creamcheese puff and pearls). What I like is that di sya sobrang tamis. Saktong sakto ang lasa at tamis kaya di nakakaumay. The creamcheese puff is also amazing. The cheesy creamy flavor of the puff complements the sweetness and creaminess of the milk tea. The ambiance is also very homey. Ang bango rin sa loob which makes the milktea experience even more satisfying.“

“I learned about this place from a friend who gifted my husband an amazing Tiramisu. I was pleasantly surprised to taste a Tiramisu that actually tasted authentic. Curious, I decided to visit, and I discovered that they make a variety of desserts, including cannoli, which are filled just before you buy them ( finally some place that can do that!)I also tried the cornetto (This should not be confused with a croissant) and the focaccia, and wow! Finally, a focaccia that doesn’t have a lingering taste of acidity. The coffee was good too as the atmosphere and the service. I totally advise this Italian place especially becouse, in my opinion,they can make very Italian taste.“

“Overall, I'd recommend at least one visit. The shop itself is so cute and the desserts are stunning- lots of photo ops. I will say its pricey for what you receive. Most of the decorative desserts are mainly mouse-like with jam filling, which was tasty, but the portions are small and its very one dimensional in flavor. A little disappointing when they average $15 a piece. It's clearly catered towards the experience and photos, rather than the taste itself. Still a fun visit!“

“Mehri's is the best breakfast in Portland. The country breakfast is to die for with tender biscuits and sausage gravy with plenty of meat. The sweets are also memorable with apple gellate and scrumptious brownies and cakes/cookies. Such a warm neighborhood atmosphere that is always welcoming whether you a first timer or a regular. “We only tried the macarons but everything else looked really good too! They have some great macaron flavors! Our favorite was actually iced animal crackers. It sounded fun but actually tasted exactly like those cookies from our childhood. It was amazing!! To be honest the cookies themselves seemed a tiny bit stale or something. “I've never taken the time to write a review for any business, but am pretty put off and have the time. Today is my husband's and my 11th wedding anniversary. We had Saint Cupcake at our wedding with a cupcake tower and wedding topper cake in 2011. To celebrate our 11 years of marriage, we went to go pick up cupcakes. Based on online information and the sign on the door, the business closes at 5pm on Saturdays. We arrived at 4:20PM - 40 minutes before closing. Both doors were shut and locked, but there were two employees inside and cupcakes on the back counters. They ignored us, even though I attempted to open each of the double doors - they wouldn't even look up. I knocked on the door and the woman sweeping reluctantly came and opened the door and told us that they had unfortunately closed early due to some issue. I tried to explain to her we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and had had Saint Cupcake at our wedding 11 years prior. She said they didn't have much of a selection left anyway and closed the door on us. It was a shocking and weird interaction and I was really put off. I will never go out of my way to give Saint Cupcake my business again in the future. 👎👎“

“Good stuff- one of the best Chinese bakeries we are aware of- authentic. We lived in the Bay and took a couple years to try out spots- this spot has the best grab and go. Yummy baked pork bun, green onion hot dog bun, and steamed pork bun. Portuguese egg tarts also good. Good cheap eats!“

“Usually love this place. The only issue is they are frequently out of flavors. Went yesterday and was told to wait 30 for the flavor I wanted. Waited 30. Then they said it was going to be another 30 when I came back. We left with no cookies and went to menchie's Nextdoor instead. Also they are closed on Sundays which is a very popular day to get treats. That part stinks big time.“

“My husband, a bread-baker, ordered flour from Tabor Bread and so we drove across town to pick it up. I had never been to their Belmont location. When we walked in at 2:15, a nice young lady told us they closed at 2:00. In spite of that, the staff then went overboard for us. They sold us his flour, then offered us something to eat and gave us coffee and hot cocoa. They were all kind, friendly and professional.“

Lovely service, phone and in-person.

I tell you my ditsy boyfriend dropped his wallet out in the front! Manager tried so hard she even went to trying to find him on Instagram to get a hold of him. Luckily I knew he was such a ditsy that he'd do something like drop his wallet in the parking lot. So upon calling lovely Jill, we found that sure enough he was indeed ditsy enough to drop it!

But in all, Jill was very lovely, the manager was very lovely, and this whole experience just goes to show how much their team is worth buying cakes from. Definitely going there again!

While this doesn't happen to everyone, supporting a team like this is 100% worth it.

“We had some time to waste and happened to park in front. The pastry display caught our eyes so we went inside. We got a rose croissant and the lemon poppyseed scone and they were delicious! We ended up back there after lunch for more pastries and coffee. Everything was delicious and the man serving us was very nice. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area.“

“Delicios cakes. In Canby today looking for a last minute birthday cake. Found this place. The cake was a big hit very tasty. Frosting was light and not sugary. Everything about the cake was awesome. Will definitely be returning. Deducted one point as i purchased two extra pieces of cake that were frosted with sprincles in addition to the cake. I noted that she was going to pack these in a brown bag together with some other cookies and pastries i was purchasing. I asked for a small box or clam shell so that the cream would not go all over everything. (They definitely have the clam shells as they have other pieces packed). She became upset, said no as though this was too much and continued to place the frosted pieces in some wax paper and include them in the brown bag together with the other items. As predicted the frosting came off on the wraps and was all over the bag. If you are going to sell pieces of frosted cake, Please pack it appropriately. Any way the taste of the items was worth going back. Hopefully someone will read this review and change something.“

“Overall good not great. I don't need to come back for a biscuit or a biscuit breakfast sandwich but the ginger molasses cookie is amazing.
Sausage biscuit- sausage, Gouda, tomato relish, on a house made biscuit. Decent, good not great. The sausage needed some spice and seasoning. The biscuit was ok but needed salt and could have been softer. Wouldn't need it again.
Raspberry jammer- biscuit topped with raspberry jam. The biscuit would benefit from being warmed or fresh. Sweeter biscuit that would greatly benefit from salted butter or salt in general. Don't need again.
Ginger molasses cookie- fantastic cookie! Slightly dry edges but very moist center. All of the cookie had good chew. Very good ginger flavor and molasses sweetness. Best thing we got.“

People constantly are squeezing past you going the wrong way-down the aisle. “I ordered a pick-up from Google map yesterday. When I got there there was many people so I could not reach out to any staffs. Turned out to pick up my order without letting any staffs know but I guess it’s normal for such a busy restaurant. Ate at a table outside the restaurant and really enjoyed the cool weather. The pork katsu sandwich tasted great. The fries with curry tasted good at first but just OK as time went by. Want to try other sandwiches when I come to Portland again.“
