“I stopped at this restaurant because I was craving soup (it’s in the 30s), such a lucky choice. I had pho and a draft beer. The service was warm and friendly, and the food was delicious. This place is also open until 2??? It’s worth the drive from Portland if you’re looking for real food after hours. The food was also very reasonably priced, my pho and pint were under $20. The food was also plentiful. I ate until I was very full, and I went home with another meal from what I couldn’t finish.
The place isn’t huge, but there is indoor seating and a patio (for warmer times)“

“This pho spot was okay. The restaurant was clean, and the food overall was decent. We ordered pho and egg rolls—both were good, though the meat in the pho was a bit on the dry side, and the egg rolls were slightly overcooked. The broth had good flavor, and the service was friendly, making for a pleasant experience. They have limited parking on the back of the restaurant.“

“I had a fantastic experience at Yoonique Phở & Grill! The pho was outstanding, with an overabundance of meat—something you don’t see often. They definitely don’t skimp on portions, making the meal feel like a great value for the price. Speaking of which, the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the generous serving sizes.
The interior of the restaurant was well-laid-out, which honestly surprised me given the neighborhood. It had a clean, inviting atmosphere that made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The service was also top-notch—attentive, friendly, and efficient.
Perhaps the biggest testament to the quality of the food is that even my picky wife enjoyed it! That alone speaks volumes. If you’re looking for delicious pho, great service, and fair prices, Yoonique Phở & Grill is definitely worth a visit.
Update to Our Review:
We returned to the restaurant and, as always, the food was excellent. This time, we tried the seafood fried rice, which unfortunately wasn’t a hit—it just didn’t land well for us. On the brighter side, the fresh lychee tea was superb: light, refreshing, and full of flavor. We also had the Thai iced tea, which, as always, was solid and enjoyable.
Still one of our go-to spots, and we’ll definitely be back—just not for the seafood fried rice next time.“

“Great service. They didn't have kids friendly drinks besides water but they went out of their way to grab a something for my kiddo and it was free. Food was delicious. Will definitely be back next time I'm up from Texas.“

“Disclaimer: Prices are steep for what it’s worth.
Reviewing based on the flavor alone, the broth is delicious!! Both my husband and I ordered Chicken Pho and we would come back again for the pho although this place isn’t a place we would regularly go to but a special occasion ;)“

“This restaurant has recently updated the inside, which was atactually sorely needed. The new interior is very nice except they have those metal chairs that pinch you unless you have narrow hips. There are still a few half booths made of wood but only a few available.
I love their wonton soup with thick rich pork broth.
They have a new shorter menu and prices are higher but still competitive.“

“I don't recommend eating here. A coworker and myself tried the bahn mi and spring rolls one day and they were some of the worst I have eaten; ended up just tossing half my order. My wife tried the pho a day earlier and said it was not that good either. I do have an acquaintance that works close by and eats here often. he agress the bahn mi, spring rolls and pho are not good, but says the rice and noodles dishes are ok.“

“We found Pho Vi Van by chance awhile ago and last night was our third time dining there. It was just so good! The staff and the owner are so friendly. They were busy but always courteous to us. We live in Oregon but will dine here as much as possible.“

“Holy smokes. The pho here is quite amazing. I never would expect that from a bar. I'm giving it the second best I've had. It's so good. Second time coming here during my work shift. Perfect for these cold rainy days. It's always piping hot with generous portions. So much flavor.
I cant wait to come back on my off day to experience everything this bar has to offer. Food, service, atmosphere, friendliness all 5/5“

“Im honestly surprised this place only has 3.3 stars based off my experience today. I had never been here before, my husband & I usually go to the fork for the mexican food but our littles dont care for it. So I placed an online order for the orange chicken & rice. It was ready in 10 minutes, super hot, fresh & not only the best orange chicken we have all ever had, the portion was huge!!! We will absolutely be going back to this place“

“This place never disappoints with their bubble teas. flavors are great and always friendly service.“
“I use to eat here all the time when it was at their old location, I was honestly so sad when they closed. I moved onto Van Hahn which I also love. Well this place has reopened and I hate to say it, but it’s even better than Van Hahn. Owner is soooo nice. Food is fresh and hot! sometimes these types of sandwiches use a crusty bread that cuts the mouth, this one was super soft and perfect. I got the B2 (shredded pork sandwhich) and tofu salad rolls. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ the salad rolls were incredibly flavorful even without the peanut sauce. While this is a food cart, they have a nice indoor seating area. Updated from previous review on 2025-07-09“

“Popped into the new location in downtown Gresham tonight. It’s so nice to see the cuisine options evolving. We tried a handful of items and were very pleased with the quality, flavor and value we received. The XLB were savory, deliciously soupy and tender. The clear shrimp dumpling (har gow) were plump. the wrapper was soft, smooth and not slippery at all! The pork shu mai were packed with perfectly seasoned steamed pork. Paired with the chili crisp, these were so good. The bbq pork bao were next level. The filling was moist and flavorful while the outer bun itself was fluffy, soft and delicate. Perfect Combo! The crispy pork belly was exactly as described. Super crispy! The meat was tender and flavorful. We were also given a chocolate mousse to try. boy was I pleasantly surprised. It wasn’t too sweet but was so fluffy and perfectly chocolatey. Hap steam is quaint and cozy. Few seats inside may be an issue for bigger parties. Restaurant is clean and staff is very kind. We will be back.“
